Wen we arrived in our room which was meant to be for 17 people they gave us 3 bedrooms which 2 of the room had 2 rooms 1 double and 2 single beds space. Then we realize They counted the couch as bed aswell which didn't fold out for the other two and no bedding was provided for them to sleep on the couch as it was. The bathroom I found was unhygienic. the reception lady she was incredibly rude and was not helpful at all she vrey moody and didn't even smile once and i would not would not recommend. They do not have hair dryer in the rooms so hw can they be 4* hotel :/
On 4th of April 2017 me and my family stayed for 8 days. This hotel is average. Not too good or not too bad. Good for money. Not much clean. Some of the staffs good and some of them were really bad behavior. They could not speak much English. Exchanging money in this hotel bad idea. They don't offer good rates British pound. They don't have enough cash if I wanna exchange. Not going to go this hotel again.
Stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row. Had a great experience. Friendly staff, good breakfast and comfy rooms. They have a pool which is adequately sized. You have to get there quick to get a good spot. There's a little corner shop 2 minutes walk from the hotel where you can buy snacks/drinks etc from. There is a shopping mall 10 minutes away and the Medina is about half an hour walk away; 10 minutes by car. Taxi's are always available for your needs. Met lovely people on both visits. Will stay again.
We went there recently for 7 nights n 8 days holiday . At first i thought hotel was cool but it all turn us down when receptionist took 40drm for 1 local call not even for sec i guess. And for 40drh u can easily get sim where u can get 1hr min and 40 mb internet...which is bargain for 7 to 8days..to order food and het taxi. And then again when we were going out for dinner ..on our way out receptionist ask ...mam do u need taxi.. and we were like ok... n then when taxi came they charge us 100drh..which she didn't mention us.. n we thgt.. may be we dont have to pay for taxi as we already paid 100drh for calling taxi... n den we went for dinner and driver gave us number to call him when we finish.. n so we did. On way back to hotel he receptionist came to driver ..n dunno what they talk in there language and they charge is again 100drh. Where we felt like we bewn conned.. coz it was jus 5 min far on taxi. Next day we call taxi ourself for dinner which was 50drh. Receptionist is the main face or representation of hotel . If that phase is worst then hotel need to pay for that.
Well situated, average service, old fashioned room, cleaniness perfectible. For the last day the elevator was not running which was a bit disappointing because of the multiple luggage we carried. I would suggest more implication from the staff for equipment maintenance. Don't meet the minimum standards, will certainly not stay here next time.
When we arrived to check in the reception lady was on the phone - fair enough. We stood and waited twenty minutes without so much as eye contact to Acknowledge our presence. When she finally got off the phone, it rang again. She looked at it and then us and answered it with no apologise...this happened a third time as well. Once we finally checked in, we arrived to our room which was meant to be for 6 people but had enough bed space for 4. The couch didn't fold out for the other two and no bedding was provided for them to sleep on the couch as it was. The two bedroom duvets didn't have covers which I think it very unhygienic. We went to reception to print our flight boarding passes for the following day and the reception lady told us it was €1 per page!We didn't print at that point because she was incredibly rude to us again and we were a bit sick of it. Later we went down to print and she was gone, the man there informed us that there wasn't a cost for printing...talk about unprofessional. In general the rooms weren't very clean, reception lady didn't crack a smile even once and would not recommend.
I booked in this hotel for 5 days straight in a row just to visit Marrakech. I stayed in the 5th floor with my friends and we booked 2 apartments. The rooms are quite good and the nightly rate is quite convenient for our pockets. I don't think this hotel belongs to a 4 star hotel because it is actually not in reality. This hotel belongs to the 2 stars category. We didn't have hot water on our last day. I called the reception and they sent a plumber or a technician in our room and he told us to wait for 20 minutes. We waited for "hours" but nothing happens. Being around the city needs a shower or a warm bath before going to bed but the whole night the hot water didn't come back until the following day. So sad but I don't think I will recommend this hotel with friends . I don't think so.!
Stayed there with my family during a recent visit to Marrakech. We booked a two bedroom appartement which was ok but my disappointment was the staff there. Very unhelpful very rude and very unprofessional. They see an Arabic or let's say Moroccan family they treat them like they are not really guests. Whilst they see some European they run to them they go the extra mile to help them out. Very very strange mentality. I was shocked when my mom had the small tea pot during breakfast and enjoying Moroccan tea when one of the guys working there came and took it in a very rude way pouring the tea in a glass and said I need this pot now. What the hell was that??????? I don't know how I controlled my self and I did not say anything to him as I did not want to ruin my family's holiday. Just to let you know every guest pays exactly the same amount ok? Anyways I honestly do not recommend this place to anyone going to beautiful Marrakech as there are many more better choices than this rat hole. Not only for the mentioned incident but also for the cleanness the supplies are not even working, the pool very dirty .....
Checked into this hotel and thought it seemed okay for the budget. However, we left the hotel for a few days to explore and on our return, we found our room occupied. We had belongings in the room but were nonchalantly told by reception staff that this was not the case. Rather than given our room back, we were given (after some waiting around) another room. The piecemeal offering of free breakfast for three days was little compensation for our loss and inconvenience. To add insult to injury, on the day we were leaving, I had left a bottle of ready mixed gin and tonic in the fridge and remembered I had left it, luckily (or so I thought) the cleaner was still cleaning the room when I went to find it. She claimed to no nothing about it. I would not recommend you leave any valuables in this hotel. The real recommendation is..........don't stay here!
Quite a large hotel /apt block and in nearby location to the bus and train station. 10min drive to the main square and 5min drive to the airport. Rooms were quite nice as had an apartment with two rooms, each with either a twin or a large double , with large lounge area, TV , fridge, grill etc. Could have done with more cutlery as no spoons, forks etc supplied, but we were there just for a night so not too bothered as Bought food from outside and took it in. Pool area looks ok and good for kids, in good view although don't expect it to be warm as surrounded by all 4 sides with apartment blocks. Overall, it was decent enough for the price I paid. Room only so can't comment on the breakfast.
