La personne n'est pas joignable ni par téléphone ni par message. J'ai tenté de la joindre la veille et le joir de mon arrivée en vain. On est arrivés sur place vers 21h45 personne était sur place on a 2 bébés. Et en plus Hotels refuse de me rembourser !!!
