This is a great Riad in great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a cocktail party on our day of arrival including selected drinks and finger food as well as entertainment. Rooms also quite large and well equipped. Pool fantastic on hot Summer days.

The place was lovely. The room beautiful. The air-conditioning was a disaster. The fan was way too slow to be effective. Everything else was very good. The staff were so very halpful. We hope to come back.

From reading previous reviews it is possibly a cliché to say that this hotel is the epitome of peace and quiet away from the hustle, bustle and heat of Marrakech. The welcome is warm and friendly and the accommodation luxurious and spacious. Room service is attentive with an evening turndown. The restaurant and pool area is an oasis and a relaxing place to sit. Breakfast has a reasonable choice and service is good The dinner menu is varied and the food excellent. There is also a good drinks and wine list. The one slight negative was that service was a little slow in the evenings both for drinks and dinner although Ramadam may have been an influencing factor. During the day, there is the opportunity to relax by the pool although the extent of the foliage does mean that there can be a surplus of shade. For trips, excursions and taxis, reception provides a comprehensive and helpful service. Overall the staff, accommodation and grounds make this a gem of a hotel.

Situated in the heart of Marrakesh, this simply stunning riad defines tranquility. Each room is unique with beautiful decor with personal touches including rose petals and choice of pillow scents with spectacular views of the city. With attentive staff and tantalising food our stay will be pleasurably remembered.

My wife and I with our two daughters have stayed at Le Jardins de la Medina three nights to celebrate our 35th anniversary. It was just amazing. We are privilege to travel a little everywhere in Europe, Asia and North America and this was one of the best hotels where we have staying. The secret: an elegant, unpretentious, cozy, familiar, extremely clean, highly friendly, lovely and beautiful hotel. The garden full of perfumes is the main living room with an extremely nice, not large, pool to refresh from the Morocco heat. Both rooms were beautiful having my wife and I a room with a traditional wood ceiling. So beautiful. Breakfast was also a great experience. No words to describe such a great stay in the best of Morocco famous hospitality. Our congratulations to the management always asking is everything is fine and all the nice staff. Just hope to return soon.

We have visited Marrakesh 6 times now, stayed in all the best hotels, this hotel did not disappoint. Very good location away from the centre but only 10 mins in a taxi. The hotel Is gorgeous, very pretty set in a very lovely garden with wildlife all around. Our room was clean, and very big.Breakfast was excellent. The only downfall that we experienced was the service around the pool... no one comes round offering to take drink orders and it took 40 mins after I went to the bar to bring me a plate of fruit and 2 drinks, apart from this everything was very very good. We would come back, excellent value for money. Thank you.

Les Jardins de la Medina are a great choice in Marrakech. They offer all you might need to rest after a long day in the souqs or a long walk to admire the city's highlights. The room was great, spacious and with fantastic beds. You also have a private small terrace and a full sized open shower. The garden is peaceful and the center pool is clean and refreshing, never too crowded. But even the sun has its dark spots and breakfast service has room for improvement. All in all I'd absolutely come back.

A hotel that treated us like old friends and with the utmost professionalism at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble and all delivered with a friendly and genuine care. The setting, the rooms, the food, the staff - all were fabulous.

Lovely riad , great breakfasts and very friendly waitstaff helped me out with my Arabic! However I would be careful what room I booked. We backed onto side street which was very noisy so could not have windows open at night which was unfortunate as our air conditioning did not work - despite having " been looked at". This made the nights uncomfortably warm.

The friendly staff; the gorgeous gardens, and the lovely rooms make this place a treasure! We were sad to leave (after six days) and will recommend Les Jardins to all friends traveling to Marrakech. DO be sure to take advantage of the first-rate massages offered by Iman.
