Arrived at the hotel on Wednesday 12pm, was told to wait till 2pm to be checked in. 2:30pm room was ready. Main lift was broken and we had to carry luggages via stairs where room was on 6th floor, as unhelpful staff. A/c unit was leaking water from Thursday, informed the manager who said will send engineers. Bell boy came and checked it and said no problem. Complained again next day, nothing was done. Finally after several complaints they fixed it on Sunday. At least they should have changed the room. On Saturday we had tour booked at 9am, after waking up at 7am found out no water was available, as problem with pipe in the hotel. Told us it will be fixed soon, but had to leave without having shower. Had to buy water bottles from shop to brush teeth. No compensation or apology. Reception staff don't even care. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
One of the worse hotels. Rude staff food was appauling. Same food on the menu .breakfast very basic. You had to ask for cutlery serviettes etc. They stuffed 5 of us in one room it's not a 5* hotel even the pics on their site is deceptive. The spa was awful. I Don't recommend it.
It says 4* but more like 2 star with dated furniture rude reception staff although other are nice but one dealt with me was like if i have done something evil to him . At bar variable prices charged according to bar man , short changing is standard. So called hotel director is the rudest git ever shouting in middle of bar infront of all guest on staff. I would only go here if you dont have option much better hotels with similar price
I was one of those unlucky people those don't check reviews but book it and experience themselves. Hotel most horrible place i ever stayed. noisy dirty bedding and towels are covered with blood and human hairs. I stayed 7 days most of time i was out and didn't want to stay in due to noise and rude staff. receptionists don't understand any English. They don't even try to use body language to explain you. Pool water is dirty and kids swim in nappies with full of poo. Only reason i booked because its stated on groupon its 4 starts.Hotel in Blackpool is better than that.Tips for people those already have booked and like me going to experience themselves. buy sim with data on for about £4 for a week will do. Don't use towels they give you. Never Pay more than 20 Dirhams to a taxi Driver. its against the law for them not to put meter on and with Meter on taxi should be 13 dirhams for to go around Marrakesh. Buy alcohol from shop next door to hotel and have it on balcony. Bar is will of prostitute and they do anything to get money out of you. Food is same everyday don't expect it fresh. eat outside its cheaper and taster. I would never recommend this Hotel to my enemy.
The room facilities were very poor and old. it doesn't look as a 4* hotel, barely can say 3*. If you have a car then it would be difficult to park near the Hotel, else prepare to pay additional 20 Dhs per night. WiFi is very poor and breaks all times. the room need a new fresh. breakfast was poor. no much variety.
Its a disaster, how its possible thats it had 4 stars ?????? Its looks great in the pictures but in reality its a real nightmare Everything is bad, wrong, ugly, dirty... If you wanna get depressed go there If you wanna take revenge from your worst enemy, pay him one night there
We spend 4 days in this hotel and we didn't had a pleasant experience. When we arrived we already notice that it wasn't very clean. The pool is acceptable but there were only around 10 loungers for the whole hotel, so we had to sit or on the floor or on the chair. More over we where 3 persons and they kept putting 2 towels and 1 toilet paper, we had to go every day to the reception to ask but they didn't care a lot. For what I could see there was no communication between the reception and the cleaners that's why the third towel never arrived!! The waiters and bartenders where really nice and the hotel is 10 minutes from the shopping center, so in a good position. I really don't recommend this hotel.
The hotel is very close to cafees, restaurants and shopping, and the area around the (cold) pool is nice in the morning. Also the view from the room and the balcony is fine. But the cleaning could be a bit better, and the same goes for the breakfast. The hotel staff has poor language skills and all in all a remodeling is needed. . Avoid the rooms at the 6th floor, since there is a cafe on the roof with music and noise till 3 a.m.! But it is a fairly cheap hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for.
Its a 4 star property it has everything what you need for a clean pool restaurant and staff everything too good and the most important price is not high its under the budget. For me it was worth to pay and very nice to stay just one issue wifi is not good
I visited Marrakech recently with my mate and we stayed at blue sea hotel around the corner from it. Which was phenomenal.. we wanted to extend our stay so we checked if we could stay couple more days at blue sea but unfortunately they was booked out. So we searched for another one nearby. This came up so we booked it. When we arrived at the hotel the customer service was ridiculous. There was a group of workers at the reception just talking while we was waiting to check in we asked one of them we wanted to check in and he said hold on a minute and they continued chatting until we spoke to them again. We was going to our room and when we arrived the room smelt atrocious. There was damps on the wall in the bedroom and the ceiling in the bathroom. We had a leak through the pipe into the bathroom. We then went back to the reception and demanded an exchange of a room to where they gave us a different room. New room was better but still not 100%. We went out for a meal and was out for abit. Arrived back at our hotel around 1.30am and when we was going to our room we heard loud music playing from the top floor as our floor was the 6th floor. We kept quiet for abit but then we got annoyed loud music was being played from the cafe area on the top floor we then tried ringing reception but every time there was no answer. I then went to reception and told the manager that this is the worst hotel I've been to told him everything and that it is 2.30am and there is music being played at full volume just above us. He then got the music to stop which was at 3am! Worst hotel do not recommend at all!
