We had a fantastic time at your hotel with exemplary staffs willing to go the extra mile, Hassan at the restaurant and Tasim at the reception were fantastic. The hotel is well kept and clean not to mention the white interiors and decor. The food is not too bad, therefore my wife and I will surely be using the hotel again. However, the lack of facilities like fitness centre and heated swimming pool (We could not use as the water was too cold) let the hotel down. Also the hotel should replace their beds as it squeaks and make terrible noise. One can also hear the noise from other rooms. Besides, I surely recommend this hotel to prospective guests.

WOW, what an amazing hotel. Location is in Gueliz which is ideal, hotel is in a side street but amazing. Great decor, rooms are very big and clean, big bathroom fully equiped. I booked 2 rooms for 1 night and requested 2 single beds in each room however i got 1 double bed room and 1 with 2 singles- but wasnt so bad. Staff are kind of lazy with opening time for breakfast but wasnt too bed. Breakfast was really nice, they let us sit there in the dark for 10mins before they turned lights on. Overall hotel is nice, and i would deffo stay again. worth every penny! Its worth staying in

The hotel is near the train station and everything looks pretty cute. I had many problems. I had to wait for over an hour before getting a room, my first one was not clean. The wifi really only works in the hotel lobby. The toilet doors in the rooms are a safety concern. Do not close the bathroom doors, you will get stuck!

Went to the hotel expecting 4 star hotel and we had 5 star treatment, the rooms were immaculate, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, we just can`t fault it, Thanks to the staff and management, highly recommended.

We stayed for 6 nights in January. The room was spacious, clean and the wet room shower amazing (double deluxe). The W.C. room was a little on the dark side! Large comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and eggs cooked to choice. We ate a few evening meals in the hotel and the food was excellent. There is a tapas menu and very good and authentic (we live in Spain). The weather was fantastic so we spent a lot of time in the Sky Bar during the afternoon, which is a fantastic place to chill, relax and read. They serve snacks/drinks all afternoon, which are good and reasonably priced. The location was good for getting around. Staff were attentive and friendly especially the bar manager, bar man and restaurant staff. I would highly recommend the Bab hotel. We were in Marrakech last year and this hotel was far superior in every way.

The hotel may not look as confortable and fancy as a common 5 stars hotel, however when we get in, we feel that we are in a designer house with a lot of pictures of famous people all along the walls. Rooms are perfect and spacious with a large bathroom. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very caring. I recommand this hotel specially to people who like 50's to 80's atmosphere

Nice hotel, modern and clean. Staff speak little English around the hotel, which was not a problem as my French is ok. Nice location within easy walk to the center. location was good and seemed safe. Breakfast was adequate, if not a little basic with meat's cheese fruit and beverages. Live chef cooking station for items made to order. Service was not very attentive and most mornings staff were not visual at anytime during breakfast. I did eat once in the evening, tapas selection was excellent and well priced. Pool adjacent to the main restaurant - not used during my stay. Roof bar was closed for my duration of 4 nights (12th - 16th Jan 18) Room, (302) was excellent with a good quality bed and bathroom with 2 x balcony's. Expensive in room mini bar and Nespresso Coffee @ 30Dhs per serving. Take some with you or buy locally to use in your room, TV channels poor selection, Wi-Fi ok with little or no Wi-Fi in public arears.

Went in 2011 and in 2018, this boutique hotel is perfect with a great location, great decoration. The breaksfast is very large and delicious. The rooms are big and well designed. The employees are very gentle and you can park your car in front of the hotel.

The hotel was too expensive for what it was, especially comparatively speaking. The price was partially due to high season but painful. The Spa was closed unannounced and wasn´t open during the entire week. People were friendly but many things didnt work (i.e. 5 different Internet connections, none worked, heating and warm water didn´t work in the first room)

Bab hotel is situated on a back street just 3 minutes walk from the main road which leads to central Marrakech. On entering the hotel there is a doorman who help you with your bags. As you walk in the decor is nice, white and modern. I booked this hotel as they advertised that there is a SPA and treatments. I asked if the spa was available and they said it is closed and has been closed for months. I asked why would they advertise that there is a Spa and treatments if it is not available and the woman on reception said that I did not book the Spa..I booked Deluxe Room with Half board. I said I emailed the hotel 'twice' at least 1 week before departure and asked if the Spa was available but they did NOT respond at all. The woman seemed agitated at my questions so I said that I was not happy and that I would make a complaint to my travel agent. I then asked about excursions and if they have a holiday Rep..she went on the phone and spoke to someone then try to quote me £80 for 1 trip!!! Horendous!!! I told her NO WAY thank you. Then she tried to reduce it to £60..I told her the trips I was interested in were around £19 online so I would just book online instead. Luckily I had already booked 2 excursions from London in advance in case of any problems..had I not done this, I probably would have been ripped off!!! The room was nice, clean modern..didnt like the fact that the toilet was in another room nowhere near the bathroom and very small and claustrophobic. The first night we saw a Cockroach in the room right by the bed! I called reception instantly to sort it out and get us out of the room. The reception sent a man who spoke not ONE word on English..instead I had to point and shout to try and explain the problem given hand gestures of a creature. He didnt understand what I was saying for at least 3 minutes whilst by this time the cockroach was not in sight. The man then picked up my flip flops and tried to hit the cockroach with them. I said NO put it down..he did not understand what I was saying. I told him to call reception and told my friend to go down to reception and tell the woman to come up to explain to the man what has happened. He then saw the cockroach under my other flip flop then stepped on it and killed it. When the woman came up..the man was laughing as if to say is this what these girls are screaming about. They moved us rooms instantly and upgraded to a Junior Suite which I was happy with but still shaken up by the cockroach as I have a phobia to ANY creepy crawlies and have NEVER stayed anywhere in the WORLD where there was a cockroach in my room! After this I could not sleep for hours and I didnt feel comfortable anymore at the hotel. I kept closing up my case, not leaving anything out etc. The food at the hotel was reasonable. Half board did NOT include any drinks no soft drinks or anything. This is not usual for Half Board. They gave us Breakfast which was Cold and very limited. For Dinner the choice was a start and main or it was a main or a desert. The staff were very nice, friendly, warm and welcoming and there was live entertainment from a Moroccon Singer / guitarist. Drinks were expensive, I expected for them to be alot cheaper. I have only stayed at 5* hotels and have never paid as much for my drinks. On departure I went to clear my drinks bill which was 496 Dirham and was 10 dirhams short (80p) the woman was making a problem out of it. I gave her 486 Dirham and also 80p English money to make up for the shortfall but she was complaining. I said to her considering there was a cockroach in my room I shouldnt even be paying for any drinks. She said well we have upgraded you to a better room so that ends that. I said ok. Well I only have English equivalent. She said it would have to come out of her pocket if I cannot pay the amount in Dirham. Luckily I found an extra 100dirham in my room, so I went back down to reception asked for my money back and gave her 500Dirhams so she gave me my change of 4dirhams. I would not stay here again. NO Spa and Cockroach which ruined my holiday. I needed a short break and I cudnt even sleep properly. Not happy at all!
