The lady in the desk office was very rude and unable to communicate with guests in a professional way “no manners,having personal discussions on her mobile while I was waiting at her desk”

While my room was clean, it was very old looking and the bathroom smelled funny. I wasn't sure how to operate the television, even though I'm sure I wouldn't have understood what people were saying on it. Overall, it was pretty good for the price and it was in a pretty centralized location. I would recommend this to others and when I go back to Morocco I would potentially stay here again.

The hotel didn't have my reservation when I arrived and I had to wait a while, even after showing management my confirmation. Hotel is gloomy and room condition is poor. Stains on walls, bathroom amenities poor, shower curtain dirty, very disappointing. Staff is also not very welcoming. Breakfast is next door at restaurant, mediocre. Eggs and pastry and coffee.

I had an one year old infant and there was no facilities for her... the hotel didn’t meet her needs... asking for a travel cot after many occasions finally got one.... I needed an a kettle for my baby’s milk could not make it because there was no kettle in the hotel...no soap or shampoo or an mini bar and no fridge... 😡

Staff is very unhelpful. Will try and raise rates for extra night even though rates are cheaper online. Then they will tell you if you book they will not honor online booking. So went to a different hotel!

It seems that everyone checking in might get hassled a bit. Our check in at 3pm took 4 hours to get the room actually ready and cleaned, and the cleaning wasn't too thorough. Nice pool if it isn't full of children

Stressful

Arrived at 10:30pm to front desk telling me that the hotel was fully booked. I tried explaining I made a reservation and she repeatedly would not listen to me. Told me “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. I had to show her my receipt from Expedia before she would even attempt to help me. It took an hour before we got a room which was not th to one I paid for, the Towels were rip marks through them, and the WiFi did not reach the room. We booked two nights but we left after the first night. Very unprofessional.

Close to the wonderful Jardin Majorelle this is a great place to stay in Marrakesh for a reasonable price. Although a 20dh taxi ride away from Jemaa el-Fna (or a 25 min walk) it is all around quite agreable. I liked that there is a funky pool bar downstairs completely unadvertised as well

Funcionário Ayouby , totalmente sem educação ética e displicente , sem conteúdo para lidar com público , arrogante e debochado , péssimo para hotel , insistindo para reter passsport original de todos como garantia de duas estadia que já tinha sido debitada no cartão , com tudo isso , achando pouco nos deixou 2:30 na recepção aguardando ,e após as duas horas e meia de descaso ,liberou a chave do quarto bloqueada por duas vzs de propósito Transtornando nossos dias de férias no país .

Bon pour un passage pas pour un séjour

Bon emplacement,tarif imbattable mais surprise , les chambres sont mal nettoyées parmi les plus sales que j'ai pu voir au Maroc ,en plus mal insonorisées jusqu'à 4h ,le bruit du bar et de la discothèque vous feront défaut même si vous êtes au 5 ème étage ,petit déjeuner correct , grillades aussi correctes par rapport au prix.

Beskidt lobby og ubehagelig ledelse

Der stod på hotels.com danske hjemmeside, at kæledyr var tilladt og jeg havde på forhånd skrevet til hotels.com/hotellet, at vi havde hund med. Da vi kom til hotellet var kæledyr ikke tilladt og både manager og ejer blev tilkaldt og var meget ubehagelige. Deres holdning var, at da de ikke havde svaret mig, så måtte jeg da kunne forstå, at det var fordi jeg ikke måtte have hund med. De var ikke ansvarlige for at det fremgik af hotels.com hotelbeskrivelse, at kæledyr var tilladt. Den venlige receptionist fik besked på, at hun ikke måtte hjælpe med at finde et andet hotel, hvor vi måtte have hund med. Virkelig dårlig service. Lobby var støvet og beskidt og der gik en kat rundt i møblerne. Vi så aldrig værelserne, men denne anmeldelse kræver at jeg også beskriver værelserne. Vi kunne ikke få pengene tilbage.
