O2S rental

Great place for 7 adults to stay while up in Marquette for a mtb race. Very clean and a well-stocked kitchen. Loved being able to store our bikes in the garage. Quiet location that's close to downtown. We all agreed we would stay there next year if we do the race again.

Rockhounders

It was in a good location with plenty of space. Driveway caused our hookup to hit bottom, house needs A/C & showers are too small. Kitchen is well stocked & there was a welcome basket which was nice. I would also check into better mattresses.

Grove II

Everything was as stated in the listing. Very clean property, comfortable, homey and very well stocked. We couldn’t, however, find the light switch for the outside lights and had to come and go in the dark which was a little unnerving

Great location and beautiful property

Our group of 8 came up for a bike race and the house couldn't have been more perfect. It was conveniently located to the trails for a pre-ride and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and prep our race gear and a garage for the bikes. The house is on a beautiful wooded lot and we saw several bucks and a doe eating apples off the tree. I visit Marquette 2-3 times a year and have stayed in many houses all over town. This is one that I hope to stay at again in the future!

Base Camp Extraordinaire

Grove II was a great spot from which to enjoy all that Marquette and the surrounding area has to offer. Four of us came out for an extended weekend of fishing and the location was very convenient for getting to grocery stores, downtown Marquette, the various boat launches around Marquette, and Munising as well. I will admit it was a bit of an adventure backing the boat in (there was no way we would have been able to turn the boat around in the yard/driveway), but it worked. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We brought our fillet knives with us, but everything else we needed was waiting for us. A new gas grill, Keurig coffee maker, comfortable beds (the pull out couch was the best I’ve ever slept on) and more. Last, but certainly not least, Lisa was fantastic; from the time we made the initial reservation until we checked in. She made sure we had each other’s respective contact info in advance should anything come up while we were there and was very easy to work with and accommodating as our guest list moved around a bit.

Great Base Camp

We stayed during the summer season (July). The place is clean and kitchen is well equipped. We cooked breakfast every morning and they have the basic supplies (oil, salt, pepper etc), lots of room for 8 people to move around, the place is fairly secluded, but still accessible to town. The property manager, Lisa, was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would stay here again.

Roomy & Cozy Home.

This house is great for a larger group. Plenty of space right next to some great golf. My kids had plenty of room to play and the yard provides adequate space for that as well. It’s an older home which adds to its charm. Very close to downtown!!

Don’t Hesitate to Book this House

We almost booked a hotel for our vacation but we are so glad we didn’t. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer. The communication from the time we booked, til the time we left the house, was awesome. The house was well stocked with anything you would need and clean. Lots of room. There are two large living room areas for people to gather and a large kitchen table we ate and played games on. Lots of kitchen counter space as well. The house was easy to find, drive way and sidewalks were plowed and shoveled. Lots of room in the driveway to turn around. This house is within a couple miles to town and everything you would need. The nature around the house is beautiful and quiet but you are also close to the amenities town has to offer. We had no issues. It is an older style home which is why is is so charming and why we fell in love with it. I would not hesitate to book this house again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a get-a-way in Marquette. It’s beautiful here!
