A great place to spend your vacation.Everything you need is at your doorstep.Staff very helpful,very big apartment with everything you need.Pool and good restaurant included.Beach with sand just few steps away-excellent location.Plenty of shops and restaurants around.I’ll go there again in a heartbeat.Ah-and a great pool ....

Only up side was it was close to the beach

I've never ever had a holiday where the staff and management were so rude! Promised we could upgrade upon check in. Our flight was delayed but the hotel seemed to blame us for the inconvenience. We were moved into the most awful room. Everything was broken. the bushes were overgrown we couldn't even get onto the balcony. They towels and sheets weren't changed for 4 days we had to keep asking reception. And even then we had to leave our room key for the day so that they would do it?! Absolutely disgusted with how badly they treat people who have spent a lot of money to stay in a so called 4 star hotel. Would never recommend anyone to stay there!

Great location for beach

This apartment was very clean & a nice size pool, on the door step for the beach with shops & bars all around without the noise. Could do with better shower facilities for late departures as we couldn't keep the room on, we had to use the Turkish bath just across the road which was great.

Exellent stay

We have spent 15 amazing nights in Prince Apart. The staff was excellent, the apartment was on the corner and was very spacious and comfortable. There is no private parking, however thanks to the capable hotel manager Hulya, we were able to place our car in the back garden.

Inte nöjd med detta hotell. Vår studio lägenhet hade en 120 säng som två skulle få plats i. Sängen var hård och obekväm. Inga stolar på balkongen. Dusch som inte fungerade riktigt. Reception på natten som lät okända män ringa upp till pry rum (kl 3 på natten!). Mat i hotellets resturang var helt ok, trevlig personal där. Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera Prince apart trots dess bra läge.

Resepsiyondan uzatma kablosu istedik bize bunu vermeleri için teknik ekibin gelmesi gerektiği söylendi ertesi gün odamıza gönderilmesini talep ettik gelip kendiniz alıcaksınız dendi. Bunların üstüne oteli değerlendirmek amaçlı yorum yazdık ve ertesi sabah bizi “aşağı inin” gibi bir emir kipiyle ayaklarına çağırdılar ve bizim otelden ayrılmamızı talep ettiler, bayram dolayısıyla kalıcak yer bulamıcağımızı belirtmemize rağmen “mecbur kalmayın” dediler. Özür dilenmesini beklerken otelden kovulduk diyebilirim.

Güzel ve rahat bir otel

Fiyat - performans açısından değerlendirildiğinde otelin çok iyi olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Kahvaltı da dahil olmak üzere hiç yemek servisi yoktu fakat tatili bizim gibi otel dışında geçirmek isteyenler için bu, açıkçası çok da büyük bir sorun değil. 5 yaşında bir çocuğumuz olduğunu da hatırlatmak isterim. Otelin konumu bazı yönlerden iyi bazı yönlerden de kötü. İçmeler'in tam göbeğinde ve sahile sadece 3.bina konumunda oluşu büyük kolaylık. İçmeler sahilinde denize girmek isteyen bir aile için otelin yeri çok ama çok iyi. Öte yandan İçmeler'in tam göbeğinde oluşu ses sorununu da beraberinde getiriyor. Akşam 00.00 - 00.30'a kadar mekanlardan gelen müzik sesleri uyumanıza engel olabilir. İki günde bir havlular ve çarşaflar değiştiriliyor. Gerçi kullanıma göre değişebilir ama bize bu durum hiçbir rahatsızlık vermedi. Temizlik konusunda otelin bir sıkıntısı yok. Odalar yeterli genişlikte ve bizim kaldığımız standart odada iki farklı balkon bulunuyordu. Mutfakta bulunanlar: elektrikli ocak(sadece ısıtması biraz geç oluyor), mikrodalga fırın, mini buzdolabı(iyi performansa sahip) , su ısıtıcısı, ekstra olarak kahve makinesi, tabak, bardak, çatal, bıçak, tava, kesme tahtası (plastiği diyelim). Kısacası bir mutfakta olması gereken bütün malzemeler bulunuyor. Otelde yemek servisi aramayan, biraz yemek yapabilecek ve bulaşık yıkayacak zamanı bulabilecek çiftlere, ailelere veya bekarlara bu oteli rahatlıkla önerebilirim.

Çok iyiydi

Prince Otel çalışanları oldukça ilgili, sorunlara hızlı çözüm bulan ve kibar olmaları sebebiyle teşekkür ediyoruz. Otelin temizliği çok iyiydi , odada ihtiyacınız olan herşey mevcut. Konumu plaja çok yakın 3 dk yürüme mesafesi. Yine içmeler merkezde olduğu için eğlence ve alışveriş için yürüme mesafesi. Tek sıkıntımız merkezde olduğu için gece 1 veya 2 ye kadar yüksek sesle müzik sesleri olmasıydı. Sakin bir tatil ve erken yatmak isteyenlere göre uygun değil.

Geçen sene de burada tatil yapmıştım. Kaldığımız odayı beğendiğimizi seneye de aynı odada kalmak istediğimizi söyledik. Rezervasyon yaparken not olarak yazarsak yardımcı olacaklarını odayı ayıracaklarını söylediler. Hem not yazdım hem de telefonla aradım aynı odanın bize verildiğini söylediler. Gittiğimizde farklı bir oda verildi. Verilen sözü tutmadılar. Ayrıca odaya gittiğimizde salondaki klima ses çıkartıyordu. Klima sesi çok rahatsız etti. Başta bir şey yapamayacaklarını söylediler. 2 gün sonra teknik servis gelip düzeltti. Apart kısmında kaldık. Mutfakta çaydanlık gibi temel bazı ekipmanlar eksikti. 2-3 kez asansörde kalma tehlikesi atlattık. Asansörde bir problem bulunuyor.

Prince Apart'ta dublex dairede kaldık. Odaların temizliğinden ve konakladığımız süre boyunca, günlük oda temizliğinden hiç memnun kalmadık. Yataklar son derece rahatsızdı; öyle ki, her gün bel ve sırt ağrısı ile uyandık. Odaya ilk geldiğimiz gün, oda kartının tanıtılmamış olması nedeniyle, bebeğimiz olmasına rağmen, oda önünce uzunca süre bekletildik. Ayrıca, wi-fi dan da neredeyse hiç yararlanamadık. İnternet hızı berbattı. Apartın konumu muhteşem ancak pek çok olumsuzluk yaşadık. Umarım bir an önce önlem alınır ve düzeltme yoluna gidilir.

Konumu gayet iyi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Apart kısmında mutfak eşyaları biraz daha fazla olabilirdi. Ben çok memnun kaldım. Ailemle güzel bir tatil oldu.
