The manager and her daughter is nice and tried their best to serve, but the whole situation was not professional at all. The hotel condition is very poor and need a lot of attention. No professional cleaning staff, no room service. Miss a lot to be considered as 3 Stars hotel. I won’t give it 2 Stars though. I am so disappointed with Expedia as it showed this hotel as 3.5 Stars ! I definitely will not go back or even recommend it to any one. The only positive thing, it is in front of the sea and has its own beach. I can provide pictures if needed.

The owner and family are lovely and staff are lovely too. I think the rooms show be done every day or 2 days. My room only got cleaned twice in 10 night. Food was nice. I would go back and stay

Everything was going okay until the Manager Khalil (Alil) made us PAY for a lost room key card. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, never have I once had to pay for a mistakenly lost plastic door card. I will never stay in this hotel again, and do not recommend it to anyone who is looking to book.

Nice family run hotel rated at 3 star room was clean and nice the only criticism was it never had a kettle in it but staff are extremely welcoming and helpful Normally dont do turkish breakfast but it was lovely great selection of local produce Will definitely stay there again 🌟🌟🌟

Quick & easy check in. Pleasant Receptionist, with not much English. Room ok a bit frayed around the edges, but with a view over waste ground to the sea.Ok for a one or two night stay. We were a bit disappointed as when doing our Hotels.com search we requested a pool. The hotel had a pool, but it was empty😬 Very disappointing,

Mini break in Marmaris

Very good location, very friendly and helpful staff, would recommend to a friend and will stay again. nice walk into Marmaris area and Fort, plenty of areas to eat nearby, parking infront of hotel, good selection for breakfast and nice area to sit and have drinks in the evening.

Decent option in marmaris

Just a one night stay for which this property was fine. Check in was efficient and the Room had a balcony with a sea view, albeit from a distance. WiFi didn't seem to work. I checked out early so missed the breakfast, which didn't start til 8.

all in all for the money we paid it was good. the manager doesnt speak english but is kind. the hotel is close to every thing which is cool. they got a weird policy that u cant take stuff to your room. all in all for the money we paid was good.

Nice location, lining with stains and really worn

Ok overall stay...that's because we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Our package was including breakfast but cleanliness did not look like a priority therefore we went out for breakfast the entire stay.

Modern hotel close to the beach, poorly run.

We arrived after 12am and advised no rooms were available, despite being advised by Expedia that we were expected for a late check in. We were then taken to a substandard hotel across the road, Excelsior Apartments which did not reflect the price paid. We went back and advised the staff at Gold Kaya that these apartments were unacceptable, not what was advertised and we refused to stay there. After standing our ground, they then told us a guest was checking out of a room at 1.30 am and that we could use this room but it would not be properly cleaned until the housekeeper arrives the next day. The receptionist changed the sheets and promised the room would be cleaned properly in the morning. The housekeeping was shoddy, bathroom floor was covered in a slippery liquid and barely cleaned. Bed sheets and towels were stained and the bedroom floor was still dirty. There was no hot water for the first day and they refused to provide us with a/c (in 35 degree heat) unless we paid extra, we showed them it was included in the booking, had to wait 2hrs for them to locate a remote for us to operate the a/c. Had to ask the receptionist twice as she complained she has too many things to do and is too busy. Dining area was always dirty with left over food/crumbs/used cutlery and the pool was murky and was warned by other guests not to use it as it had not been cleaned for months. There was also a leak in the lobby ceiling which left our bags wet whilst we waited for our airport transfer.

Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Nicht mal 1 Stern wert! Das Zimmer ist nicht zu bewohnen, das Frühstück und Abendessen zum Teil ungenießbar ….. definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Es mangelt an allem. Hatten sogar 3 mal Stromausfall, aber nur in unserem Zimmer….
