Yataklar oldukça rahattı, eşyalar yeniydi fakat tuvalet ve duşa ışık açık girdiğinizde içerisi olduğu gibi görünüyor ve odanın içinde sadece duşakabinle çevrililerdi. Bütün ses ve koku odanın içinde. Kapısı sokağa açılan turabdin odası pek kullanışlı değildi çünkü sokaktan çok fazla ses geliyordu. Çöp toplayan çalışanların bağırması, kavga eden kedilerin sesi ve sokaktan geçen insanların kapıyı rastgele açmaya çalışmasıyla uykumuz bölündü. Oda genel olarak konforlu değil. Sabah kahvaltısı pek iyi değildi. Çalışanlar baya çabalıyordu, iyilerdi bu durumun otel sahiplerinden kaynaklandığını düşündük. Çalışanlar oteli kendi kendine düzeltmeye çalışıyor, yalnız bırakılmış gibilerdi. Müşteriye sağladıkları olanakları kısmışlar. Duş için şampuan falan da yoktu. Verilen hizmet ve kaliteye göre fiyatlar çok yüksek. Bir gün öncesinde,bunun yarı fiyatına, Urfada taş konakta 5 yıldız konforunda konaklamıştık.

Otelin konumu mardin antik kent merkezine yakın fakat otelin önüne kadar araç ile gidemiyorsunuz. Otelin konumu navigasyonda yalnış gösteriyor,navigasyona göre giderseniz çok farklı bir yere çıkıyorsunuz. .Yaşlı bir misafiriniz var ise otele ulaşmak için geçilmesi gereken merdivenlerde zorlanabilir. Otel içinde içecekler çok pahalı örneğin bir şişe soda 60 tl. Lüks diye tabir edilen odalar haricinde odalarda ayrı bir duş bulunmuyor. Otelin işletmesinin kendini geliştirmesi gerekiyor. Bu arada kahvaltısı iyi.

Otel Mardin de gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde o açıdan çok güzel araba parkı konusunda sıkıntı yok Otelin teras bölümünde manzara çok güzel bütün Mardin ayaklarınızın altında Personel gayet uyumlu Sabah kahvaltısı dışında otelde yemek hizmeti sunulmuyor Kahvaltıda serpme değil kahvaltı tabağı şeklinde geliyor Televizyonda normal yayın yok sadece YouTube ye bağlanabiliyorsunuz Genel olarak tercih edilebilir

Oldukça temiz bir oteldi ve otel personeli çok saygılı, yardımseverdi. Odamızda perde düşmüştü. Soylememizle çözüm üretmeleri çok hızlı oldu. Bölgede otel ulasimlari bölge yapısı gereği merdiven tırmanmayı gerektiriyor. Bu otel de epey bir basamak tırmanmayı gerektirdi. Valizlerimiz çok büyük veya çok ağır değildi. Bizim için sorun olmadı. Kahvalti biraz daha özenli olabilirdi diye düşünüyorum, zeytinler yağsız kuruydu mesela. Miktar olarak doyurucu, standart kahvaltılarda ihtiyaç duyulan gıdalar vardı.Benim için makul bir kahvaltı diyebilirim.

Konağa aracı bırakabileceğiniz 3 nokta var. Birisi valiliğin olduğu kısımdaki otopark; araç yoğunluğu yüksek, o yüzden tek araçlık bir yol kalıyor ve giriş çıkışlarda sorun yaşanıyor. Eğer aracı buraya bırakırsanız merdiven çıkarak 1-2 dk içinde konağa ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Diğeri Zinciriye Medresesi önü; burası diğerine göre daha sakin ancak 700m'lik inişli çıkışlı bir yol yürümeniz gerekiyor. Sonuncusu ise okulun orası imiş ama burası hakkında bilgim yok. Aracınızla gelmeden önce iletişime geçip konum hakkında bilgi almanızı öneririm. Olumlu yorumlarım; Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Yataklar rahattı. Çarşıya yürüyerek ulaşım 3-4 dakika sürüyor. İlettiğimiz taleplere hızlı dönüşler oldu, personel gayet yardımcıydı. Olumsuz yorumlarım; Duşakabin tasarımı biraz şeffaf olduğu için mahremiyet konusunda rahatsızlık hissettiriyor. Taş konak olduğu için her ihtimale karşı yorgan talep edin, gece çok soğuk olabiliyor. 3 tane odanın kapıları sokağa açılıyor, bu da güvensizlik hissi oluşturabiliyor.
