Este condominio recientemente actualizado se encuentra justo en el agua con vistas espectaculares del río Marco. El condominio es de un dormitorio, un baño con un sofá cama en la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene una vista del agua también. Hay televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y el dormitorio. Relájese y disfrute de la vista desde el lanai con mosquitero que da a una de las piscinas y al río Marco. La propiedad tiene muchas características que incluyen dos piscinas y dos jacuzzis, mesas de picnic y parrillas, canchas de tejo y dos canchas de tenis. ¡También está el puerto deportivo donde puedes comprar carnada y pescado directamente en los muelles! O puede disfrutar del desayuno o el almuerzo mientras ve pasar los barcos. Puedes comprar cerveza y vino también. Great Vacation

We have stayed at this property before and we came back because we love it so much. The owner,Lauren, is very friendly and helpful and is great to work with.It's in a great location looking over the Marco River, the pool and Pelican Pier Marina. We especially enjoy relaxing evenings on the lanai sipping a cocktail watching the boat traffic. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay in Marco Island

We had a great stay here during April. The location of the condo was convenient for exploring or just to hang out by the pool relaxing. The unit itself was clean and quiet. If I were to return to Marco Island, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Dated but nice

Property was dated. No w/D but a coin operated laundry room. The room was clean . The pool and hot tub were nice and always warm. You have to pay for parking. All in all I would say it is clean but dated .

Very windy and cool week on Marco, but the condo was lovely. Having a heated pool and a hot tub. Within easy reach was delightful. The condo itself was comfortable and adequately equipped.

Property and condo were clean. Looked just like the pictures and description on VRBO. Came in October, 70-85 degrees every day. Comfortable breeze coming off the water. We will be back!

Weekend Get-A-Way

Everything we needed

The condo had everything we needed for a great Father's Day weekend. Great communication, accommodating host, easy check in process, easy in and out for parking and condo access. Can't go wrong with this unit if you're looking for something on that side of the island. Will stay here again.

Great Condo but bad experience

Condo & property were great. However, internet router was dead . No internet or TV while in condo. This was an issue with the renter before us but owner said they were able to unplug it and it worked. I doubt that especially since we arrived on the same day they left and the internet was down at arrival. Owner was responsive but expected me to spend my vacation time troubleshooting the issue with internet provider! This is what happens when owners don’t have property management services. Issue was fixed less then 48 hours later.

Wonderful Vacation!!

We have stayed at this property for several vacations are we have enjoyed it every time. Great location on the Marco River overseeing the pool and marina provides lots of activity to watch. Close to many great restaurants and bars but quite enough for older folks like us to enjoy the peace and quite. This is the 3rd year in a row that we have visited this condo and it fits us perfectly. The owner, Lauren, is very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend staying here!!

BEST VRBO !!

The property was amazing !! would give more stars if posible !!! Just as described.. easy check in and check out....unit had everything you needed and then some :) first unit we have rented that had a very extensive binder, it even included directions on how to use the remotes !!! host was great and responded to inquiries promptly (just asked for dining recommendations .... will be back...loved the unit, complex and the Marco Island area.

A enjoyable stay with sunshine & warmth

We usually stay at all inclusive resorts for Spring Break but decided to stay in the States this year and selected, Marco Island. The condo was super easy to access. We rented a car through Turo, however if you like to bike you certainly could rent bikes to explore the island. I think there is a bike rental shop within walking distance from the condo. The condo was clean and in a perfect location. Often when I read VRBO reviews I feel as if everybody's standard is different. This condo was perfect for our needs. We loved that it was stocked with beach essentials, coolers, fishing poles, soap, tin foil, most were not used but loved that they were available if needed. Lauren responded in a timely manner when I had a question about nearby activities/restaurants. We were able to enjoy a beer, watch dolphins swimming directly in front of this condo, sit by the pool, mingle with other guests, and simply relax on the enclosed Lanai. There were many restaurants within walking distance or easily accessible by car. The island is easy to get around and I felt very safe while staying at this condo complex. At the condo, Lauren has offered guests to write in a "log book." I left a list of restaurants that we visited and a few activities that we did as well for suggestions. I would definitely visit this condo again.

Winter vacation

The location, view and security of this unit were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped for someone who enjoys cooking. The pool, hot tub and outdoor areas were very nicely maintained. The surrounding neighborhood was very nice for daily walks. I feel that the cleanliness was lacking in the unit. The floors were vaccumed, but could use a thorough wet moping or steam cleaning. The outside of the refridgerator was soiled with something that had been previously spilled/splashed on it. There was something filthy behind the kitchen faucet. I had to sanitize all kitchen counter surfaces and run the dirty dish drainer through the dishwasher before we could use the kitchen. The window treatments in the kitchen and bathroom were old and dirty and the bed linnens were very cheap quality for the price of the rental unit. The sliding glass doors in the living room still have the sticker residue and handprints from the installation process. A few simple improvements in this unit could make it more comfortable and worth the price that they charge.

Perfect Location, Comfortable Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much Aside from an initial issue with the bathtub faucet, which was resolved very quickly, we encountered no problems and found this unit to be very well equipped amd comfortable in the exact location we were looking for. Our host was quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

Super Clean, great location

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect for a short getaway for the two of us. Property was very clean. Great view off the balcony, watch the boats go by along with some dolphins. Rented Ebikes from MarcoFun for three days. Its great to have an island with bike paths on all the main streets. Restaurant of the week was Oyster Society, best scallops since Paris.
