This stunning 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Beach Front condo is located in the South Seas community and features a spacious balcony. It offers panoramic views of the beach. The condo has recently updated bathrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV, and DVD player, while the guest bedroom has twin beds and a walk-in shower in the bathroom
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions! Pets - not allowed

Wonderful condo with everything you need. Very clean and end unit provided excellent view of Tiger Tail and the Gulf. Plenty of space for 4 adults for a week.
