Also, this condo complex, like all condo complexes on Marco Island, allows owners to make renovations to their units during the off-season so there can be construction noise going on around the unit between May 1 to December 1. Emergency repairs can take place at any time. No refunds will be given for construction noise in a neighboring unit.
