ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
Discover this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo at Sea Winds, offering the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation on Marco Island. Enjoy year-round, postcard-worthy sunsets from the balcony, whether dining or unwinding. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the guest bedroom includes two extra-long twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, complementing the large-screen TV with HD channels in the living room. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, tennis courts, a heated pool, and a jacuzzi, with the beach just a short stroll away from the pool area. Please note that the stove is not full-sized.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions! Pets - not allowed

Fantastic condo and location
We just finished a 7 night stay at SeaWinds 1203 and it was wonderful! There were chairs and a pop up there for the beach and the unit was clean and decorated beautifully. We’d definitely rent this unit again!

Great property!
Great unit, very close to the beach, beach chairs, coolers, toys provided. I found different images online than what was listed on vrbo. The unit has been updated from the pictures shown. Good pool and nice building.

Beautiful location and private beach
The beach was beautiful. Saw dolphins every day. Calm and clear ocean great for snorkeling and swimming. Sandy beaches with some shells. Excellent views from the condo which is right on the beach. Beach was private and less crowded than others areas. Perfect vacation spot!

This was a very nice condo, well-appointed and extremely clean. More than 2 adults could be a spatial challenge. The master king-size bed needs updating, but overall very satisfied.
