Discover this stunning beachfront condo, featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring have all been recently updated. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower.
The living room is equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa suitable for children, and flat-screen TVs are available in both bedrooms and the living room. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided inside the condo.
Adjacent to the property is the Apollo Restaurant. Just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional dining options, a movie theater with dining services, and mini-golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

Condo was nice. Could have used some extra amenities such as soap for a weekly rental. Beach chairs and umbrellas are old, two umbrellas were broken and we ended up purchasing our own for the week. No cooler for beach snacks either. Sunsets were gorgeous as always!

Gorgeous view!
We had a lovely two weeks at this condo. The property was represented well in the photos. It was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The king size bed was comfortable and it was wonderful to have a view from the bed! The best part of staying here was the balcony with the fantastic view!!! The beach is wide and long and provided great shelling opportunities.
***I would highly recommend water shoes for the beach area. There are soooo many shells and it would be easy to cut your foot***
The bathrooms are on the small side, but are certainly functional. The living room offers a love seat and chair. Since there were only two of us, this was fine. Not sure how it works with additional guests for seating.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would return. Enjoy!
