The house is very comfortable and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked which we appreciated since we do a lot of cooking. The real "wow factor" for us was the pool, hot tub and lanai. The owner, Tom, was very responsive and accommodating and we enjoyed working with him. We'll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO home! The house was beautiful, very clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed. The backyard truly felt like a private tropical oasis—we spent so much time enjoying the pool and hot tub. The pool toys and floaties were such a fun bonus for everyone. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and nearby restaurants, and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and relaxing. We especially appreciated the extra touches like the beach chairs, sand toys, and wagon, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.Tom was excellent with communication throughout our stay, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Host

Tom was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating from days before our stay until checkout. The house was clean and well stocked with everything including remotes labeled for ease of use. A good amount of beach gear was available to use. He even changed the hot tub temperature to accommodate adult time vs kid time. I would stay here again.

Great Marco Island pool home!

We stayed 3 nights at this property on Marco Island and it was just as described in the listing. The home is very clean and comfortable with basically everything you need to stay. It has a great outdoor patio/pool area, which seems to have been recently renovated. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill for cooking so we had a nice dinner one night out by the pool. Tom, the owner, was very welcoming and attentive and also very flexible with some requests we had. Overall, this is a wonderful property on the island and a place we will likely stay at again! Thanks Tom, for a great stay!

This house was amazing, I was very impressed when I entered the house. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and all of the rooms were very neatly organized and cleaned. The closets had bath towels and shower towels which was very useful. The house was very beautiful overall! We had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was also very sweet and checked up on us every once in a while, something I’ve never had happen before. This house is easily 5 stars.
