Staff was ALWAYS pleasant, friendly & courteous Not having any type of a store for snacks, etc on property is unusual as we walked to 7 eleven which was a really nice 7 eleven and a very short walk but for only improvement that’s what was noticed by me. Had a wonderful week stay!

Resort was amazing only thing I would say is one of the elevators were down which made coming in and out a pain because only two people were allowed on at time so the wait was long other than that awesome stay I will DEFINITELY come back!
Beautiful hotel! and great location. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. This place is clean and we found the staff to be very accommodating. This hotel only has one pool area which Is small. It would be nice if they had an adult pool and a family pool. The pool bar was somewhat expensive, but they did have 2 for 1 drink specials for several hours early afternoon. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the Marco Beach Ocean Resort.

This property is amazing. The rooms are clean and modern, what I loved most about this is that they don't nickel and dime you the whole time you are there. Chairs, Towels, Umbrellas are all included without extra fees and the service at the beach is really nice. We will definitely return.

We were very pleased upon our arrival at the resort. Very clean, with a classic bright feel. There was maintenance going directly on our room balcony so we requested a different one. Kind of weird we were placed there to begin with. Our location was moved with ease nonetheless. It was fairly easy navigating to the beach after settling in. --Disappointment came with the dining experience. To start, Paul did a nice job of trying to rectify the issue. Wanting to order room service, I opened the large resort directory/information book. When I called to place the order, the person on the other end kept telling me they don't have those items. I then found out the front desk and restaurant did not have the same menu in the room. After trying to order for 40 minutes, 4 call backs (yes, FOUR), talking to the Executive Chef, an order was finally placed. Another hour later, after waking up from falling asleep on the couch waiting for the food, I call the front desk to inquire about the order and they state it's on the way. This part was true. What wasn't, was the order itself. My shrimp and chicken pasta was missing shrimp. The chicken looked as if it was boiled first, then thrown on the grill to char it slightly. Absolutely no flavor. The nacho's were stale and looked like they were from a cartoon movie theater and the third came in the form of a pizza, though it was described as a char-grilled sausage platter with grilled onions. I've reached the input limit.

Definitely, all your needs and wants are fulfilled by the hotel and staff. The location is convenient and the beach is gorgeous! You must use the valet parking and if you use the beach chairs & umbrellas, you are always giving out tips...which comes with the first class treatment.
The Marco Beach Ocean Resort is an excellent property to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The staff is courteous and helpful. The views of the sunset are indescribable. If you are looking for some real R & R, this is the location for you. In addition to their nice dining choices, you can walk to all kinds of restaurants on Collier Blvd.
front desk clerk (ODKA ) not sure if that is correct spelling ? when Orbitz messed up my reservations she was so helpful in working to accommodate me and get everything fixed. this young lady is a jewel and should be commended for her professionalism and excellent customer service.
