shower had no water pressure however everything else was perfect.

Awesome! Immediately loved the comfort and cleanliness of our room. We were in a 2 bedroom which was so spacious. Beautiful view that was partial ocean view but was still great. Hotel layout with the pool being so separated from the beach is our only complaint. It is quite a long walk from the room out to the beach or to go from the pool out to the beach. Definitely an overall older crowd at this hotel but or was still very family friendly other than the restaurants. Not very good settings for young ones. But that was fine, we mostly cooked in the kitchen in the room. We LOVED having the beach chairs and umbrellas all set up for us everyday at no extra cost. Great stay at this hotel!

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Beautiful view from room and great beach. Overpriced drinks at the pool but so is everything else in Marco Island. Bed sheets a little rough, but room clean. Water bottles provided every day, no charge. I would definitely come back!

My husband & I just spent 5 days & 4 nights @ MBOR. We had a relaxing stay & feel rejuvenated. The only thing we were aggravated by was when sitting by the pool one of the employees kept rolling a mopping bucket back & forth that was disruptive. Not sure what he was doing because I never saw him mop. It would be nice if anything wheeled out in this area had different wheels that didn't make so much noise. Otherwise everything was just perfect! We will be back!

Upon checkin I was a bit turned off by the overnight parking fee. I think one of the best things about a beach front hotel is to have hassle free parking. $20 a night was a bit intense, and they offer no parking alternatives so I felt very trapped. The hotel staff was always friendly and very attentive. They include complimentary beach seats and umbrellas and free smoothies at 3pm every day. I really liked that you could order food on the beach and have it delivered to your chairs. We booked through Orbitz and got a really great deal. The rooms were newly remodeled, and the pool/spa was amazing.

Beautiful hotel. Super clean. Friendly staff from front desk to valet drivers. Would return without hesitation on my next trip back

Great hotel. Located right on the beach.Rooms are comfortable ,clean, big plus was a kitchen.Staff very professional.I will refer to my friends. I will come back .

Weekend getaway had a great experience!! Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms recently updated. Only thing that I felt was a disappointed were the prices and the restaurant. Extremely pricey!!! For an omelette $17 which was a tiny one. Instead we ended up going to a restaurant called NeNe which a better prices and food was great. Overall great hotel to stay at. Will definitely come back again.

Would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing, beautiful, pampered vacation.

Beautiful rooms, common areas and grounds. Food is good but not exceptional. Drinks are good but pricey. Walk over to the Marriott for lunch. The staff are very friendly, responsive and competent. The rooms are the best on the beach.

We arrived hours before check-in, the hotel was very accommodating, by taking our luggage, telling us to use any of the facilities until our room was ready and they would call as soon as possible. We took advantage of exploring the area and came back about 2 hours before check-in. The staff was very helpful to check and said it would be ready shortly. Because there is a kitchen in the room, we drove out to the store to grab a few items. They called me while we were there and said our room was ready. When we arrived back at the hotel, they had all our luggage ready and took the food as well and brought everything to the room. The room was VERY clean and it was comfortable. Staff was great thru our stay, including all bartenders, waiters/waitresses and most of all the cleaning people, they came 2 times a day and always asked if we needed anything. Because one of the days the town shut down the water and electricity for work, we planned a day out and the hotel made sure everyone had breakfast and helped with anything we needed. The valet service as great too. Great hotel, I would recommend it!!

Nice hotel, great hotel staff. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner. But all in all worth the trip. Great location

This resort is for families. We love to stay at Marco Beach resort whenever in Marco Island. Although it is very pricey during peak season, it is worth the price.

Nice hotel. Appears very clean and safe. One night the fire alarm did go off and was a little frustrating to stand outside for so long, but safety first! Not a fan of paying for valet parking when there is no other option for parking. Its a daily fee even if you dont take your car out. Overall great place.

3rd stay at this hotel. Love this area bc it's very calm and clean. The location on the beach is perfect. The rooms are comfy. Great to have the kitchen. Fav place to stay. Only drawback is valet is the only parking option and you pay daily even if your car isn't taken out.

Hotel is advertised as beach front. Not likely. Room overlooked another building, and was not beachfront. Staff completely un helpful. Website was not updated reflecting changes to menu, bar times, etc. Stay elsewhere

This was a perfectly comfortable hotel for a long Fourth of July weekend. There was a nice and surprising beach buffet and great fireworks. There was a small kitchen which was useful since even the breakfast room was a bit pretentious and pricey. However we more than enjoyed breakfast on our terrace. Beach was great for morning walks and I enjoyed the daily newspaper. It would have been nice to know how far the golf course was, however, it was beautiful.

Not directly on beachfront as advertised, gulf view rooms give you a view of other buildings, common areas, and top of roofs. Not perfect, but ok. All dining options not always available, tried to get a drink on a Tuesday night only to be told nothing was open on the entire resort. This was at 730pm. Bar, lounge, nice restaurant closed Mon and Tues. Also be aware that you are charged 18% "service charge" on everything you order. So be aware, you are paying for your tip upfront. This was conveniently not explained at check in. Overall, decent place but not worth the rating of 16th best resort in the country.

Beautiful resort, just worth the money, very clean, customer service just great. We had a great time at Marco Beach Ocean Resort. week of 8/17/14

The staff at the resort made this stay perfect. This was my first family vacation and we will never forget it. There was always someone at the front desk to greet you with a smile and assist you with everything. The beach was beautiful and the resort provides lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels. It was perfect.
