Beach gear provided, including beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cart provided for guests and located in the storage closet by the covered carport space.

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped (Kuerig, blender, washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs, wagon, etc…). The entire unit was tastefully decorated and well maintained. We would stay here again when we return to Marco Islan!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The location is excellent, a short walk to public beach access. 8 minutes from Publix and Dollar Tree, and 10-12 minutes from many popular restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed eating in a couple of nights and having family movie night.It was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend staying at Essex S305.
