This is your home away from home in Marco Island with 4 bedrooms. This beautiful house features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of high speed WiFi, washing and drying machines, AC, heating, and an outdoor TV during your stay. Fall in love with Marco Island and enjoy the magic it has to offer. This house sits directly on a canal and has a dock to park a boat along side. The pool and pool deck were redone summer of 2024 and now has a twelve inch deep sun pad at one end. The pool also has a southern exposure, perfect for winter time sunbathing. The garage is spacious and allows for 2 cars to be parked securely.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and an ironing board.
