Great condo on Marco!

The condo was as nice as pictured and advertised, lots of towels, beach chairs, soap, etc. Clean and ready for use. Communication with the owner was always speedy and helpful. Hope to return.

Great spot

Loved the unit, location, and amenities! The unit had everything we needed and more. We were impressed with the amount of beach gear there was to use since we have 3 small children. The beds were comfy and the towels were nice. The views from the balcony were spectacular! Would go back!

Couldn't ask for more

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was great - right in the middle of everything on the island, and views and access to the beach were just what we expected. The property was well stocked with a full linen closet and probably the most comprehensive kitchen set up that we've seen in a rental in some time. It's clear that the property is prepared for you to live in it comfortably. The other notes about navigating the overall building are pretty accurate, but the check in instructions from the owner were clear and the rules of life in the building weren't that onerous at the end of the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider this property again on our next visit.

Lovely condo

Very comfortable, well -appointed condo. High rise but pool and beach very accessible. Beautiful view. Large balcony, great for sitting with morning coffee and taking in the ocean. Lovely pool - may be crowded during peak season but was perfect for us.

Paradise in Marco Island

Very comfortable and well stocked with towels and all the things needed for the beach. The place was spotless. Great pickle ball courts. The building and all of the facilities are well managed.

Great View - Strict Managers

Location was great. This particular condo was not as clean as I would like when staying at a VRBO. Bathroom rugs were dirty and floors were not well swept. From speaking to others who stayed in these same high rises, they had very specific checkin and checkout procedures. This condo was a little less specific. Also I would say the management of the overall property, which included 4 towers, are very particular. For example they have many rules about the pool area and have people who circle and make sure everyone is on their best behavior. I see some benefits to this but just making people aware of what you are getting when staying in these towers. They do have great common areas like tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball. All of that is wonderful!!!

Seaside condos

The place was great it had everything we needed from beach towels and chairs. The host had a lot of extra soap, shampoo and towels. The view was beautiful and the location was good. It was very challenging getting into though. It was very gated which is fine it just a long time to get in sometimes due to someone new and it created a long line to just drive in. I wish it had laundry in the condo. To do laundry you had to go through a long process. Going for a walk you needed a key just to go on the sidewalk which was a pain. The host was great he answered questions fast and provided us with everything we needed. I probably wouldn’t choose this location again because if the extreme security and parking sometimes was a pain.
