(Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.
This top-floor corner unit at the Beach Club is conveniently located just across the street from a complimentary beach entrance. This condo comes with one free assigned parking spot. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and a walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom as well. and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities feature a heated pool, BBQ area, pickleball court, and shuffleboard. Guests will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and telephone service in the condo. Additionally, it's a brief walk to various restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and mini golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
