Directly on the promenade , overlooking the marina and the ancient tower, three-room apartment on the first floor composed of a living room with a completely renovated kitchenette with induction hobs. Double bedroom, bedroom with double bed (smaller than a standard double), bathroom with shower. It has washing machine, small balcony with sea view, air conditioning only in the living room. Parking space not available. Pets allowed (with supplement)
 In the heart of Marciana Marina, an ancient fishing village, today a pleasant tourist resort. The apartment is located on the seafront and is a few steps from the town's pebble beach. In the evening the town is filled with music, colors and scents and is an ideal destination for suggestive walks. In the vicinity there are numerous clubs, bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants open until late in the evening.

La struttura è circondata da bar che iniziano presto la mattina e chiudono tardi la sera, appartamento NON adatto a famiglie con bambini che cercano tranquillità soprattutto perché i serramenti sono vecchi e non tengono i rumori esterni che di notte sono tantissimi parcheggi liberi a circa 200metri non dove c'è l appartamenti
