Casa Osvaldo is inserted in a context of 6 apartments in one of the most beautiful and renowned locations on the Island of Elba: Campo all'Aia – Procchio.
Located just 70 meters from the free and equipped white beach and 150 meters from a buoy field for mooring boats up to 12 metres. The apartment is equipped with heat pump air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking space. The only room is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, the beds are comfortable and the mattresses are in expanded latex, the kitchen is fully equipped; it is equipped with an external courtyard for outdoor dining; the apartment has adopted waste recycling and composting.
