This newly constructed custom built four-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage is furnished with all the comforts of home. Perfectly situated close to all your favorite Lakeside attractions and a few blocks to the activities at Hoover Auditorium, Bradley Temple or the Rhein Center. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and opens to the living and dining room providing for a large open gathering area to enjoy. First-floor bedroom has a queen bed, three bedrooms up, one includes two twins, bedroom two up has a queen bed, bedroom three up has one queen and two twins, First floor features a full bath, and upstairs features 2 full baths. Maximum occupancy of 10. No pets allowed.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The house itself could very nice but it is in desperate need of a deep clean. Overall the property is dirty. There are mold spots in each of the bathrooms which should be noted especially for families with children who have asthma like us. The beds need to be replaced as they must be 10 years old. You can order cheap mattresses on Amazon and they’re way more comfortable than what we stayed on. With the volume of renters throughout the season I would think mattresses would be replaced every couple of years. The front is completely unkept. Spiders literally everywhere inside and out. The pictures of the outside do not match what I saw. They say it’s 25 per personal item left which is fine but upon check in there were personal items left throughout the house. The living room furniture needs to be cleaned. Luckily we barely spent any time at home because my parents have a cottage at Lakeside but if that was our main hangout spot I would be mortified.
