Rental has central air conditioning. Dr. Quinn's Rest Home was originally built in 1909. This four-bedroom, two bath cottage is centrally located in the heart of it all! There is a large side brick patio with gas grill and wrought iron furniture as well as a screened-in front porch with furniture in the front of the house. Sleeping Accommodations: Bedrooms upstairs: first bedroom has one queen, second bedroom has one queen and a single/single bunk, third bedroom has single/double bunk. Bedroom downstairs has one single. The full bathroom is located upstairs and features a tub/shower combo. The half-bath is located on the first floor. The cottage features washer/dryer, WiFi, and 1 cable TV. Pets permitted with a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per pet, along with a signed pet contract. Limit two dogs!! Maximum occupancy is 10.
**Linens and towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own or order from Lakesidelinensupply.com.
