I recently stayed at this rental house and was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. From the moment I walked in, the space felt fresh, organized, and welcoming. The floors were spotless, the kitchen was neatly arranged with clean appliances and utensils, and the bathrooms looked thoroughly sanitized and cared for.It’s clear that the hosts put real effort into maintaining high cleanliness standards, which made the entire stay much more comfortable and relaxing. The linens and towels were fresh, and there were no signs of dust or clutter anywhere in the house.A clean environment makes a huge difference when traveling, and this place definitely exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a tidy, well-kept, and pleasant place to stay

Perfect for 5 buddies who have known each other since grade school (for 65 yrs) and rendezvous a couple of times a year.... pool, game room, boat dock scenery, proximity to town all great.

Best view ever

We enjoyed our stay! You can’t beat the location and the view. The pool and outdoor area are great. There are lots of stairs:) We walked to Bluebonnet cafe and everything is close by/. We plan on going back!

Family Christmas

Hosted our family Christmas. Plenty of room for all of us, kitchen had everything we needed, and location was beautiful on the river. We had a great time!

We loved our stay here! From sunrise in the living room to sunsets on the dock, the views from this home are breathtaking. All the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we could needed. We walked to the Blue Bonnet Cafe and Bear King Brewery 1 block away - so convenient! Will definitely be staying again!

My family spent most of their time outdoors in the pool. We loved the pool and the water toys that were provided , the landscaping was well maintained and beautiful and the property also has a nice shaded doc right off of the lake.

Really enjoyed this home, very clean and large bedrooms with comfy beds, great view and deck area, only inconvenience was no ice maker or Keurig maker but would definitely stay here again.

Mom’s Weekend

The property was perfect for our Mom’s weekend. There were eight of us & all had a comfortable bed & plenty of space to spread out. The basement area was too cold to use but wevfou d enough blankets for those staying in lower bedrooms to stay warm.

The view from the living room and balcony were spectacular overlooking the lake and the pool. We had plenty of room for 8 of us. The beds were very comfortable. The steps inside and outside were challenging but we managed.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay in Marble Falls

We all loved: - the river view/deck (there were even deer nearby in the mornings) - the mid-century vibe - modern appliances (oven/stove, washer/dryer) - fully equipped kitchen - nice, quiet neighborhood The location was excellent (walking distance from Bear King brewery and easy access to downtown Marble Falls). We were there for ATVing, and it was not too far to the Hidden Falls Adventure Park. Parking was adequate. We enjoyed using the pool table and were happy with both living areas.

Great Property

I can't say enough about this home - it is our second time to stay and we just love everything about it. The decor is awesome as our the views and it is always spotless. The owner as done some renovations at the dock which are not pictured yet but it is now covered and wider with easier steps to navigate. Vacasa service is always great as is the local manager, Kelly Dimas.
