We had such a wonderful time here! The cottage was so nice and clean, and had absolutely everything we needed. It was so peaceful and quiet- we enjoyed just sitting out on the patio and taking in the gorgeous views. We would love to return in the future!

Great experience from A to Z. Directions were clear and the last half mile on gravel road typical for the area. Excellent view from ample porches. The hosts attention to detail was impressive. One of the most useful guest book suggestions I've seen. Two couples found it easy to navigate. Prearrival communications were fast and helpful. Kudos to the host!

Property was just as described, beautiful view and location. Hot tub was wonderful! Can not think of anything we needed. Road was a little rough, but we took it slow and had no problems. Great access to the Buffalo River just a few miles from the cabin. Drove down to Ponca and saw an elk. Did not do any hiking due to recent bear attacks. (We are not serious hikers so didn't feel real comfortable!) Ate at Low Gap, good food, just be prepared to pay a little more.Would definitely come back!

Wonderful place to come and relax. Plenty of hiking and exploring in the area. This cabin provides a perfect getaway after a day of adventures. Watching the sunset from the hot tub and retreating inside for a home cooked meal. Perfect.

Excellent Retreat

An excellent place for a honeymoon, anniversary trip or respite retreat. It's not just a place to stay, it could be your ultimate destination. The location is very private and peaceful. The hosts were excellent communicators and the cottage was very clean and well-equipped. For summer-time visitors, even though the temps were in the 90s, we enjoyed spending much of our time outdoors on the deck thanks to it being well-shaded and equipped with an outdoor ceiling fan. We ate all of our meals outdoors enjoying the exceptional view and the hot tub was a real treat. We didn't mind the 1 hour drive to Branson to take in a day at Silver Dollar City and to see the Sights and Sounds Theater production of David. It's obvious that much care and thought has gone into making your stay a pleasant one. We would love to return one day.

Six star rental!

Wow! The view is stellar; hot tub sparkling; setting tranquil; deck/porch inviting & relaxing; beds comfy; towels large, fluffy & plentiful; lots of blankets/ pillows/ soaps/T.P. & other supplies for a week. Clean & tidy. We loved relaxing in the hot tub every night listening to the rain & counting our blessings that it was covered. We had a blast floating the buffalo river Ponca to Kyle's. We hiked Lost Valley & Alum Cove as well as Sweden, Glory, Liles, & Twin falls. And we toured Blanchard caverns, spring & mirror lake. Every adventure was spectacular. We left w/tons of pictures & memories. Our only regret was leaving. It was so perfect, six days was not enough to satisfy. The hosts were kind & thoughtful. They even texted us about severe weather but even that could not pull us away from the hot tub. I really can't say enough wonderful things about the cottage, hosts, or area. There was nothing lacking. Just watch out for the "presents" the neighbors little dogs leave in the yard.

Awesome!

Perfect Getaway

For our 15th anniversary, we wanted a quiet restful place to slow down and re-charge. The view was awesome. We never left the cabin! It was so nice to sit on the couch with a book and look out the big window at the beautiful valley and mountain outside the window. We also really liked the nice hot tub just outside the glass sliding door on the patio. We hope to go back again sometime and would recommend to anyone. We also enjoyed reading the journal entries of previous guests and learning about things to do or places to eat in the area. Especially liked the host, Leanne's, entries

The cabin was nice and cozy and perfect for our girls trip!! The hot tub was amazing! Got to see some wildlife also. Neighbors fur babies were so sweet. Loved their little visit!

Excellent Cottage getaway

The cottage was amazing! We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sunset. The hot tub was a huge plus. The host were nice, and accommodating. It was the prefect weekend get away. We will be returning!
