Deer Cabin is a cedar log cabin located down a gravel road where privacy and seclusion is kept a secret. Where you can sit on the back porch and enjoy the majestic views, sunset and wildlife.

This Ozark Cedar Log Cabin is surrounded by woods, features an open living area with vaulted ceilings, Dish Satellite/Smart TV, WIFI, 2 love seats and a couch, central air & heat.
The Deer Cabin sleeps up to 7 people. But cozy for 2.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and cook ware. Cabin has one master bedroom with queen bed and a separate full bathroom.
The upstairs loft has two queen beds, one twin bed.
Outside we have a gas Blackstone flat top grill, charcoal grill, and a fire pit, wood not provided.
A pond within walking distance for catch & release, small game fishing.
Daily bird watching. deer, turkey and an occasional bear are known to frequent the 70-acre woodland property.
We have brush hogged hiking trails.
We can see the weather before it gets to Tulsa.

This was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Looking to spend Thanksgiving at a cabin in the woods we found Deer Cabin to be remote and well kept. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for Thanksgiving dinner and the sunsets off the back deck were serene. Even feeling remote, the town of Jasper was just minutes away. We look forward to returning.

A Top Shelf Experience! We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin and property were amazing. The cabin has the true rustic log cabin look and feel. It is well designed and the massive covered is great. The cabin was well supplied with everything including Blackstone griddle, propane bottles, fire wood, charcoal (and grill), fire pit, ample patio furniture, wifi, Dish TV, and so on. They really put a lot of thought and effort in to making sure their guests have a great stay. Loved the property with two ponds, amazing views, and wildlife.

The cabin is a few miles off of Hwy 7 on a gravel road. We enjoyed the remoteness. The check-in process was simple, there is a keypad lock on the main door. The cabin was clean and stayed cold during the hot summer weather. The kitchen has enough pans and pots for cooking, and there is a gas stove and ice maker. The downstairs bedroom is a queen and was comfortable. The upstairs loft has two queens and a twin. The stairs can be a little tricky to negotiate since there is no outside rail and the treads are timber, so watch smaller kids. We always had hot water even with four of us taking showers directly after each other. We spent the mornings hiking and enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sun set. Given that we hike and swim every day, we would have liked to have a washer/dryer, but we did fine without. Only complaint would be that the toilet was not an elongated bowl, and I would prefer that as a taller guy.

So peaceful!

My school-aged son, myself and our dog stayed at this cabin and it was absolutely perfect. Amazing views! We loved sitting on the porch on the rocking chairs soaking in all of the beauty. We also had a great time roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. They have hiking trails on the property and the cabin is also close to some fantastic hiking trails with waterfalls. I highly recommend staying here!
