Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the exceptional Urb. Terrazas de Banús, located in the centre of Puerto Banús. This community offers 2 large communal swimming pools, mature gardens, underground parking below the apartment, 24/7 security, and is just minutes walk from the beach and excitement of the world famous Puerto Banus, and all of it’s shops, bars and restaurants!
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a west orientation. Through the front door, guests will find the fully equipped kitchen on the left, the corridor to the bedrooms and bathrooms straight ahead, and the living and dinning room on the right. The kitchen has all of the equipment and utensils expected of a quality holiday apartment, all of which are in perfect working condition (microwave, oven,, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc...).
The spacious living/dining room comfortably seats 6 people. It is stylishly furnished, offering a comfortable sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), WiFi, and an abundance of natural light from the windows that lead onto the terrace. The terrace is a fantastic size and enjoys plenty of light throughout the day. There is a space for al-fresco dining and also chillout seating. From the terrace you will be able to relax and unwind overlooking the pools and gardens of the community, without the issue of excessive noise many other apartments in the port suffer from.
Down the corridor and the first door on the left is the guest bathroom, which has a toilet and bath/shower. The next door along is to the guest bedroom, which offers 2 single beds. Further along is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (also has a bath/shower). The master bedroom has a large double bed, plenty of storage space, and direct access onto the terrace.
All of the windows in the apartment have a shutter for added security and to block out any unwanted light or noise. There is strong WiFi and air conditioning (cooling & heating) throughout the property, and included in the rental of the property is the use of the underground parking spot (public parking in Puerto Banús can cost as much as 30€/day - so you can SAVE a lot if you are travelling with a car). The urbanisation's gardens are well maintained and sun loungers are provided around the pool during the Summer season (pools usually open from June - September).
The property is perfect for families and groups ready to enjoy all the delights that the Costa del Sol and Puerto Banús have to offer!
