Located on the first floor of the Las Terrazas de Marbella building, it offers two bedrooms, a living-dining room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace and private parking. In addition, the accommodation has Wi-Fi and air conditioning, while the urbanization has a communal pool that is open in July and August. Swimming pool available in season (01/07/2024 - 31/08/2024).
