Great location

The great thing about the apartment is it is only 50 yards from the beach. Francisco and his wife were very friendly but the language barrier was a bit of a problem. There appears to have been very little investment in the facilities in the apartment, the sheets in the main bedroom were not too good as they were not wide enough. The sheets in the second bedroom was shocking to be honest. They were some kind of plastic and were extremely uncomfortable, even in the lower Spring temperatures. You could not sleep with these sheets in the summer months. Towels were also not too good.

APARTAMENTO MUY CÓMODO Y EQUIPADO

El apartamento está muy bien y tiene un patio maravilloso para hacer la vida en él. Está mejor de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías, y tan solo se le podría poner el pero de la comodidad de las camas. Tiene aire acondicionado centralizado y aparcamiento subterráneo, y está casi en primera línea de playa.

Perfekte Lage für einen Strandurlaub

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage Ende September in dieser schönen Wohnung. Sie liegt in einer sehr gepflegten , ruhigen Anlage und man ist in zwei Minuten an dem herrlichen Strand. Parkplatz ist kein Problem, da es eine Tiefgarage gibt. Mit dem Auto ist man in nicht mal zehn Minuten in Marbella. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große, zum Teil überdachte Terrasse. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Apartamento de gran calidad ideal para familias

El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo. El jardín y los 2 baños son un gran punto a su favor. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y hay mucho espacio de almacenaje. El salón muy cómodo con varios sofás para que todo el mundo esté a gusto. La cocina dispone de todos los electrodomésticos, incluido lavavajillas. La vitro es muy lenta y quizás necesite renovar las sartenes porque se pegan, pero es algo sin importancia. Los baños disponen de gran presión de agua. Las toallas recomiendo llevar las propias porque las que facilitan son antiquísimas y rasposas. La urbanización es preciosa y muy tranquila, dispone de varias piscinas y unos jardines maravillosos. La playa está cerquísima, aunque es una playa estrecha y algo incómoda para el baño porque tiene piedras al entrar en el agua. Hay dos o tres chiringuitos al lado donde comer. En resumen, es un apartamento de gran calidad, muy cómodo y nuevo, ideal para niños, muy recomendable.
