We had a fantastic stay in Marbella! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It had everything we needed and more, making it a great base for our trip. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future!

Nice

would like to send a thank you for the week we lived in your house. The house is really nice and we enjoyed the week very much . The only thing is that the temperature in the hot tub never came up so it was not possible to bathe. we will recommend the accommodation to friends and acquaintances.

Needing some tlc

Pictures online look amazing however these have been taken a few years ago when the property was at its best. The villa is in need of some tlc and a deep clean. The location is very quiet and close to a couple of shops for necessities. Picture of golf course online deceivingly makes you think you have that on your doorstep - not the case. We enjoyed our stay as a family but this place is needing some tlc and a deep clean as it is tired

Birthday Celebration

Me and 7 friends stayed here for a long weekend. The villa was lovely. Also Tobais was very welcoming and accommodating, from arranging to take us to the supermarket, arranging taxis, and even arrange to return my phone which was left at the property.

Amazing from booking to leaving. Excellent service.

From someone who books through the travel agent. We needed this property for a hen do. The booking was easy. And Tobia was easy contactable to annoy him with every question going. The property was clean and great amenities. And big enough for our group. Lovely seating areas. In a good location and just a quick taxi into town which Tobia booked every time for us. Tobia met us and gave us a guided tour when we arrived with perfect English. Did some shopping for us. It was perfect. Could not fault one thing. And for someone who thinks you will get scammed over the internet. Not a problem. And no problem getting deposit back. Would highly recommend and would return. With family or friends. It suits everyone. Thank you.

Perfect for a hen party!

From the moment Tobias met us we couldn’t have asked for any better service! He took us to the supermarket for shopping the first day and was on call throughout the whole trip whenever we had any problems. The villa was perfect for 8 girls on a hen party, plenty of space, bathrooms and mirrors! Can’t recommend enough x

What can i say toby is an amazing host from booking the villa to arriving then leaving and arriving back home, he looked after all 8 of us girls made sure we were safe and looked after us well. He took us shopping to stock up the fridge,ordered us taxis most evenings and even picked 3 of us up when we decided to get lost. We will be defo be returning again thankyou for having us. P.s the villa is amazing so book now you wont be disappointed...

Hen Do in Marbs!!

I booked Toby's apartment for my sister's hen do; there were 7 of us staying in the apartment and it was just perfect for what we needed! Toby was there waiting for us when we arrived, he helped with our bags and showed us all around the apartment. The fridge was stocked with alcohol and soft drinks which was really appreciated. He also helped us with a trip to the supermarket (and even had a €1 ready for the trolly!). The place itself was more than big enough for us, and we spent most of our time in the outside area. The interior and decor was tasteful and modern. A few things could be touched up here and there, but it didnt have any impact on our stay. Location was great, lovely and quiet area, and only a short taxi ride into Puerto Baneus (€7ish). Thank you Toby for being so accommodating, and giving us the perfect place to create fantasic memories! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for my hen party the location was great close to the beach and Puerto Banus. Toby was a great host and couldn't do enough for us from taking us for a supermarket shop to helping us with booking taxis. We would definitely come back again!

Brilliant Place close enough to everything but away from the hustle

Myself and 7 others rented the house from Tobi for a 40th birthday weekend after reading the other reviews. Tobi was a great host, organising the taxi’s for us and even taking us shopping to get our supplies. The house is great and easily slept the 8 of us and there was another bedroom that we didn’t need. The outside garden off the kitchen was brilliant and where we spent most of our time when we weren’t in Puerto Banus. The jacuzzi on the roof was a must to escape the scorching sun and cool down as was the pool in the back garden which is shared with the other three neighbours. The house has everything you need and is well kept and very clean. The young ones in our group loved the fact that it was a short walk to Sisu which is a must for any party lover. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Marbella. Thanks Tobi it was great

Great central house for Puerto Banus stay.

Had my hen do in September and 8 girls stayed comfortably in house. It’s in a perfect location to Puerto Banus €10.00 in a taxi and 10 minute walk to the beach. Toby is a great host nothing is too much trouble, he’s happy to book taxis when we couldn’t get through and take you shopping when we ran out of prosecco!! I couldn’t recommend the house highly enough and Toby is amazing at helping you all feel welcomed. Perfect hen do location.

Beautiful house in quiet and tranquil location

Booked for 4 nights with 5 friends for a 50th birthday celebration mid May. Toby was fantastically helpful and answered every (sometimes random) query immediately. House had superb sound system and lighting, bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous and very well equipped kitchen made dining in and cooking a breeze. Taxis were 6 Euros down to the port but it's easily walkable along Mistral Beach, takes about half an hour at a slow amble. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our only observation would be that parts of the house and furnishings may need a little TLC. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment, finished to a very high standard and very well equipt for a group of girls

Location and property itself were amazing, lovely outdoor seating area with BBQ and hot tub on roof terrace. Toby was a fantastic host, available to answer all our questions before and during our stay. He even got us bottles of prosecco chilling in the fridge ready for our arrival! Facilities were great and just a short walk into Puerto banus. Will definitely be making a return visit to this property. Can't thank toby enough for making our stay stress free and very enjoyable

Fantastic villa, great location perfect for big groups. Toby couldn't have been more helpful!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in October half term. We were a group of 10 on a Hen Do and the villa was very spacious and comfortable for us all. The location was perfect - quiet enough but very close to the beach and Puerto Banus centre (only €6 in a taxi) The villa has everything you could need for your stay - the bedrooms are a great size, bathrooms are lovely and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the sunshine. Toby was very helpful during our stay, helping with taxis, recommendations for places to eat and drink, and anything else we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Puerto Banus and will be recommending the villa to anybody that does. Thank you Toby!!

There was 8 of us staying for a hen party, the property is lovely & the location is perfect, the hot tub and the bbq are a bonus! Toby was extremely helpful, couldn't have asked for a better owner to deal with. Will def be staying again & recommending to others. thanks so much for a great stay
