LA CASA CLUB

Al ingresar a las puertas del resort, se encuentra con nuestra impresionante y moderna casa club de dos pisos. En el interior, nuestro equipo de conserjería lo recibirá y lo registrará, quien puede ayudarlo con la planificación de actividades, alquiler de botes, tours de snorkel, recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc. Nuestra casa club también cuenta con un gimnasio de última generación con sauna y sala de vapor, numerosos salones con televisores de pantalla grande y una sala de juegos con juegos de tejo, billar, mesa de póker y juegos de mesa.


LA CUBIERTA DE LA PISCINA

Justo a las afueras de la Casa Club, puede disfrutar del sol de Florida en nuestra amplia terraza de la piscina mientras disfruta de las diversas comodidades, como una gran piscina climatizada de entrada a la playa, bañera de hidromasaje, mesa de ping pong, hoyo de maíz, muebles de salón, toallas de piscina y sombrillas. Nuestro bar de la piscina está programado para abrir en diciembre de 2018 y serviremos una variedad de bebidas y refrigerios ligeros.


La marina

Más allá de la cubierta de la piscina, en la Bahía de Florida, se encuentra nuestro puerto deportivo de 99 embarcaderos con muelles de concreto con conexiones de agua. El puerto deportivo es supervisado por nuestro dedicado Dockmaster y Dockhands que están aquí para ayudarlo con todas sus necesidades de navegación. Los recibos están disponibles actualmente para alquileres diarios, semanales o mensuales y los descuentos están disponibles para los huéspedes que se alojen en nuestros hogares. Tenga en cuenta que no podemos acomodar motos de agua en el complejo, pero ciertamente podemos proporcionar recomendaciones para las opciones cercanas.

La residencia # 3828 tiene vistas a la terraza de la piscina con hermosos paisajes y se encuentra cerca de la casa club. La planta baja de la casa contiene un dormitorio de invitados completo con una cama king, baño completo en suite y patio privado. Ubicado en el vestíbulo del nivel del suelo, también encontrará un ascensor que le permite acceder fácilmente a los niveles superiores de la casa.

En el segundo piso hay una cocina gourmet de última generación que fluye a la perfección en las modernas salas de estar y comedor. Además, en este nivel hay otra terraza privada con vista a la terraza de la piscina y un medio baño convenientemente ubicado, un sofá cama doble y un lavadero.

El tercer piso contiene los dos dormitorios restantes, cada uno con su propio baño completo. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con dos camas individuales y el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king junto con un bar y terraza privada.

Great Venue for Reunions!

Rented three units at Marlin Bay Yacht Club for a college reunion over MLK Weekend. The apartments were elegant and very clean; the staff friendly and helpful! The location gave us easy access to must see locations as Bahia Honda beach; and Key West. We had a really great time. Thank you Marlin Yacht Club!!!

Great Family Vacation

This was a great unit, on a great property. We had a wonderful time with plenty to do. My 6-year-old loved the gradual depth pool. The only drawbacks was that I thought we would be able to fish around the docks, which we could not and was disappointing to my son. And the pool / hot tub closed at dusk which is limiting for parents that want some alone time.

The beach homes are beautifully appointed, private yet with a sense of community and the property and pool are manicured impeccably! Scott and Kyle (the bartenders) provide an excellent atmosphere poolside. The drinks are top notch - and they even keep the kids engaged and refreshed!! Best smoothies ever!!!Allie, Claudine and Erin the concierge staff, were most inviting and accommodated our every need during our vacation. A special mention to Buffalo for his time attention. We will most definitely be returning and will rave to our friends and family about our incredible experience with your amazing resort!

We loved being steps away from the clubhouse & the pool & the bicycle rental came in handy for us a couple of times. The concierge & bartenders were helpful & pleasant to chat with. A couple of small complaints were that the nonalcoholic frozen drinks were too expensive & we wished the clubhouse & pool had stayed open later. Otherwise, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool & watching the sunset from the picnic tables in the marina. Would stay again!

This is our second time visiting Marlin Bay Resort and Marina. It’s spacious for a family, and the property is entertaining. The only recommendation is they need to upgrade the coffee cups. They are tiny designer cups that don’t fit the hands very well. I was tempted to go out and buy a souvenir cup just to use for the week. Other than that, the elevator comes in handy because I have a muscular disease that interferes with me walking up and down steps. If you hadn’t noticed, many homes in the keys all have stairs. Luckily these homes have an elevator. Great stay, and we will be back for a 3rd visit.

I would stay again but it is by the commercial boat yards only issue but gated so not much of a concern. Limited parking so if your vehicle doesn't fit in a garage and you come at a peak time I wouldn't leave my vehicle outside of the gates. Other then that very nice place.
