Relax & enjoy Casita Mar located in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys, on MM 52. This lovely home sits on the Atlantic Ocean side with a beautiful view of the ocean & just one house to the open water. With 35 feet of dock space at the beginning of the canal, it can accommodate a wide variety of boats.

We have a no-smoking & no pets policy.

Casita Mar is a half-duplex home with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. With ample covered parking, 1080 square feet under central A/C, and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

For your boating/fishing needs: fish cleaning station, water access, bait freezer at the house, & public ramps located minutes away.
For your convenience & entertainment needs: central air conditioning & heater, unlimited wireless internet, free Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, outdoor hammock, washer, dryer, 65" 4K Smart TV, & fun board games.

This unit is equipped with everything you will need, including kitchen small appliances. There are 2 major grocery chain stores nearby, as well. If you enjoy a clean, comfortable, quiet location, this is the place. The host was great to work with and very accommodating.
