Good Hotel... bad customer service

I really enjoyed the beach area... clear water, safe to swim... what we did NOT like was how SLOW the restaurant staff was... it would take 15 min just to get the drink order, then 10 more minutes before they brought the drinks.. add another 20 min before they came for the food order.... and we were sitting only 5 meter from where the wait staff gathered by the outside bar. I had to complain 3x to get anything accomplished. At night I used the strobe light app on my phone just to get there attention... horrível... all I ever got was sorry.... if even that.... now the beach bar was better... order a drink and it was at your table within 5 min... Original room we were given had 2 dead cockroaches within plain sight... and the front attendant said we were close the kitchen, so that made sense... just part of being in Brazil... same room had NO television in it... did the last guest take it off the wall???? everyone was surprised. The front staff put us into a great beach room view as a result. Upgrade!!!! Overall a positive experience... just need to work on the restaurant staff paying attention to customers.....

Muito melhor em.custo beneficio do que muitos All in Clusive por ai. Tem uma estrutura fsntastica, com piscinas, um rio ao lado, fics de frente ao mar, bom estacionamento, redes, refugios etc. É a segunds vez que vamos e certamente retornaremos. Restaurante com valor justo e comidas excelentes.

Dias incríveis na pousada encontro das águas.

Pousada muito boa, café da manhã maravilhoso e a área externa linda demais. O que achamos que precisa melhorar é o quarto 147. Não sabemos se são todos, porém o quarto que ficamos, estava com goteira no ar condicionado, tinha aspecto de velho e as cortinas não vedavam a entrada de luz. Um ponto forte da pousada é o restaurante, que serve excelentes porções e ainda rolaram shows em alguns dias da semana. Recomendamos a pousada!
