Welcome to 'Slip 111' a beautiful end unit 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo overlooking the marina!

Inside you will find an open floor concept, with recently updated LVT floors this unit is great for entertaining or relaxing by the electric fireplace in the living area. Stepping into the kitchen there is a granite countertop bar and new appliances! Making your way into the king ensuite bedroom you will find your own sitting area and a bathroom with dual vanities. Other bedrooms include a bedroom with one queen and one double, and another bedroom with two double beds. There is an additional trundle mattress provided for extra sleeping arrangements.

Stepping outside onto the large deck, bask in the beauty of the marina and set your calendar to come back again next year!
