I nice modestly priced hotel with a decent continental breakfast. It was good value for the money with no bad surprises.
The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very quiet at night even though many lodgers were staying at the hotel.

the best thing abute this place was the location is near to where i needed to be. not comfortable, this is more of a road stop than a place to be for any amount of time. "breakfast" yea coffee a mini muffin and a donut some crappy cerial ok if thats what you call it. First room i was in the remote didnt work, second had the smallest tub shower there is and a heater i set to 60 and never saw a temp less than 75*. the wifi "works" and is only a little sketchey. if there are people near you, you will hear them. its a cheap motel so dont expect mutch

If you are just looking for a place to crash, this is perfect. Affordable and very friendly staff. A bit off the main attractions and old furnishings, but they are remodeling.
Hotel is fine was sleeping, and that was all we needed. It is old and smelly and stunk like smoke. Employees were nice and helpful.
The location was perfect for what I needed. They allowed me an early checkin ... which was appreciated. They had a small area for toast, muffins, cereal and coffee. that was clean. There were free newspapers. But there was some rust on the sink and the water started out yellow (but changed to clear quickly) in the shower, Bed was fine. For what you pay for, there are a lot of worse options out there.
The room had cobwebs and dirt hanging from the ceiling. We had a dirty towel in the bathroom. The place was very noisy...thin walls, I guess you get what you pay for...would not stay here again. Also, the place was wide open to the public...no security on the doors. The motel's description in [...] was misleading...there was NO entertainment or live music in this place...'buyer beware'.
If you are just looking for a inexpensive place to crash after a night on the town in Mankato it works. They were nice & upgraded me for free to a king size bed.
Price was reasonable, thanks Orbitz. The room smelled of smoke, but otherwise I was satisfied.
