The staff was super nice and always ready to assist me with all the things I kindly asked :) My room was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed, and a nice ceiling shower. TV cable wasn’t the best in terms of variety but the spinning tv wall in my room blew my mind as I could comfortably watch tv from my bed or the couch on the other side of the room. I had some Internet issues but were resolved a few hours later. they even offered an office space given the inconvenience. :) I LOVED their (very Colombian) breakfast which leaves you ready for the day. It included freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, assortment of fruit, eggs of your choice, cheese, arepa, a tiny croissant and a Colombian bonus track (I got a little tamal and a piece of pork rib the next day!) The Hotel is located in a nice part of the city with plenty of supermarkets around, ATMs and even a Mall. There are also plenty of nice restaurants in the nearby area of Milan. Their terrace in the 7th floor is very cute as you have a nice view of the city while enjoying the jacuzzi, and although it has a roof you still have the outdoors feeling with plenty of air circulation, and towels! I also got to enjoy their “Plan amigas” which included a massage, a glass of wine, a cute dish of national cold cuts, cheese and fruit. So yeah... it def worth the money, and you’ll get an great service!!
