La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel

No vayan a ir a ese hotel! Cuando llegamos no tenĆ­an disponible la habitaciĆ³n que reservĆ© y paguĆ© con antelaciĆ³n, aun cuando el dĆ­a anterior habĆ­a llamado para confirmar y me dijeron que todo estaba ok. Se demoraron mĆ”s de 1 hora en habilitarnos un cuarto con las camas necesarias para los 3 (viaje familiar), y cuando llegĆ³ la hora de dormir descubrimos que a 1 cama no le habĆ­an cambiado sĆ”banas y estaba llena de pelos!! Otra hora mĆ”s esperando, cuando eran mĆ”s de las 23 hrs. y querĆ­amos descansar. Esa habitaciĆ³n que nos dieron tenĆ­a problemas de ruido externo e interno. TenĆ­an ahĆ­ mismo la central de cĆ”maras de vigilancia cuyo ventilador sonaba muy fuerte. En la 2da noche la apaguĆ© y me llamaron a la habitaciĆ³n a la medianoche para pedirme que las prenda 10 minutos para revisar algo! DespuĆ©s de todo el problema del primer dĆ­a, la segunda noche me despertaron!! A todo esto, dejaron solo 2 toallas en la ducha (eramos 3) y no dejaremos toallas de mano. Otra sorpresa: cuando llegamos no habĆ­a parqueadero en el lugar y solo te ofrecĆ­an ir a 3 cuadras a dejarlo a un lugar que te cobraba en el dĆ­a!! Entonces Hotels ofrece algo que no es y por lo que yo justamente habĆ­a considerado al tomar la decisiĆ³n de ir a ese lugar: tuve que pagar por un parqueadero del que tenĆ­a que volver caminando 3 cuadras. InsĆ³lito. El desayuno pobre y siempre el mismo. La atenciĆ³n mala. Pocas personas para hacerse cargo de las necesidades de todos los huĆ©spedes que tienen.
