Great condo in a great location

My family and I had a lovely stay at this condo. The location is excellent - we could walk to the beach on sunny days, and use the indoor pool and hot tub in rainy days. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough space for my family of 4 and my in-laws.

Harbor Village

Lovely place. Great location, beach is nice with a beach house with food for purchase and bathhouse. Quiet neighborhood. Pools are a great option for windy, cooler or rainy days. A huge plus for our family! Also nice having a garage to park our bikes in! Or your car if you didnt have bikes! I would suggest bringing more bath towels and kitchen towels as we were short on those with our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for family time

We love Harbor Village and stay every year. We've even stayed in this condo before, but seems it has undergone new ownership perhaps? There a lack of the usual touches we've previously enjoyed, like board games and kitchen essentials. It was pretty bare bones. It could use some updates to the bathroom and living room furniture is super uncomfortable. However, we made the best of it and enjoyed our time.

Great family friendly condo!

Our family of 4 had a great time at the condo! The indoor and outdoor pool is very close and the playground and fire pit area are right outside the door. The condo was well stocked. Communication with the property manager was easy.

Just ok. I wasn’t wowed

Location is great and property manager was responsive but we wouldn’t pick this unit again without some changes. The grill was a fire hazard, small fires blew up twice and by the condition of the siding behind the grill, we weren’t the first family this happened to.. Kitchen was VERY sparsely stocked and with just a few small additions it would be much more convenient for a family of 5. We didn’t eat out once all week, so the ease of cooking at the unit could be greatly improved with the small suggestions I sent to the property manager. I hope they consider! Overall, unit is clean with a nice close location to the pools which was great for our kids.

Great location!

We enjoyed the close proximity to Lake Michigan and the outdoor/indoor pools. The renting process was convenient. We initially had difficulty accessing WiFi but the contact person was quickly helpful. Overall, a fabulous condo in a beautiful area of Michigan with a lot to do. Bring your golf clubs, pickleball paddles, or tennis rackets since there are many locations to play.

Perfect place to stay with kids!

We stayed here for a week in March and it was the perfect family getaway. We used the indoor pool frequently, and loved the fireplace in the living room. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful view of the harbor. Very convenient to have laundry on site. We accidentally left a bag and Boardwalk Vacation Rentals shipped it to us right away. Highly recommend!!!! We will be coming back!

a great winter getaway

we enjoyed the property had no issues with check in and departure process. The condo a was bit musty when we checked in but we assumed no one had been in the rental for a bit. once we unloaded and were in and out a few times it got much better. We had a few issues with light switches and some lights not working but nothing that overall messed up the vacation. the bunkbeds were great for the kids. we had plenty of space to spread out in the condo as well. the Pool was a two minute car ride to get to but great with the kids a bit too chilly for the grown ups we enjoyed the hot tub. and even used the small park in walking distance to play. Close to town and to shopping and a few good small food options as well. We would definitely return.

October school-break stay

Owners so organized and equipped, we had everything we needed. Love the location. Pool is a big plus with kids. My only suggestion to the owners is add a folding ping-pong table to the garage for rainy day play, that would snug up against the garage wall when stored. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great property and trip

Rental was clean and spacious. We had 8 in our party and had ample room. Views of the dock and access so close to the lake were great. Fun from 3 to 70 years old.

Excellent Place

We were completely happy with the size of the condo and the location. Quiet peaceful area. Walking distance to Lake Michigan is a bonus! Very well-kept condo and area. Will definitely consider coming back again.
