Perfect for a Family staycation

We had an amazing stay at our overnight accommodation to this hotel. Clean and spacious room however the was lacking like toilet & kitchen rug but the guest service is attentive enough to attend our request. And by the way our room has a nice view from the balcony at night. Definitely going back.

It took a while to get our room ready but the place was really nice with complete amenities. Do avoid the tandem parking spots if possible.

Good location , good room amenities but no parking available. Guard was not helpful but just directed us to deal with the street parking Attendant. This affected the ease of our check-in and marred an otherwise good impression and experience.

The staff was superb, breakfast and the cookbook staff were courteous, security staff were awesome. Napakabait!! We had a very comfortable stay and we felt secure knowing that the staff were there for us 24/7. Sometimes it’s the staff who make the venue great, they deserve good wages and bonuses!!

Awesome Staycation

Upper Story Serviced Apartments surely made my husband and I's 5th anniversary memorable. The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious that our 3-year old can run around, breakfast was delicious and the view from the pool/roof deck area was so amazing that we decided to stay another night. The pool was being serviced the next day but they made sure our kids had another pool area to enjoy. Thank you, USSA. We'll definitely recommend your place to our friends, family and colleagues.

Bien pour quelques jours

L'hôtel est bien. La chambre est grande est propre. Seul bémol c'est qu'ils font les chambres à l'arrache le matin : nous n'avions plus de papier toilette ils n'en n'ont pas remis, plus de savon ils n'en n'ont pas remis non plus, le tapis était sale parce que quelqu'un de la maintenance a marché dessus avec ses chaussures, ils ne l'ont jamais changé... Un peu dommage. Le petit dej n'est pas extraordinaire.
