Had a great view and was well appointed. Breakfast is very good, many nationalities dishes. Very pleasant & helpful staff, esp. at breakfast. A lady named Jun I think made me coffee the way I like it in the morning without me asking her. + Looks deserted at street level, but a very nice mall 150 yds West. I was there for a month. Whatever wasn't working was fixed very quickly. Loved the international market in the basement floor. My gripes are minor. The pool was large and very clean, but no jacuzzi. $10 to use the fitness room didn't sit well, its hard enough to get motivated, lol. No bowls in the kitchen? It was a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Nice big clean room. The tumble drier in Tower 2, 36E, needs attention, doesn't work correctly, sometimes won't start unless you push the drum. Good breakfast variety, including cappuccino. You also have to request laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs etc.

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The best thing was the kind and very good breakfast staff. Who helped and welcomed my wife, baby and I with a warm smile each morning. Really helped my wife and baby feel at home. I have to give Maria a special mention. Each morning she made my wife and child feel most happy and enjoyed breakfast each morning with her. To help and always check on them very kindly during our family breakfast. We look very forward to staying there again next time when in Manila.

Pros: you can invite friends and family in your room until 10pm. I had a great time with family. There’s gym, pool, restaurants, grocery, parking, mall, spa, etc. in the same building. Lots of resto outside by walking distance. Staff are so nice. Hotel lobby is beautiful and calming. The breakfast buffet is quality and delicious. The hotel and suites are luxurious. Way better in person compare to in person. My family were amazed and I was surprised cos it was beyond what I expected with the pictures. There washing machine and dryer for clothes in the unit which sets it apart from other hotels. That’s why I chose theirs. Cons: you have to ask for housekeeping everyday, it’s not automatic. They should offer options for dinner and supper because I would rather eat in their buffet than the restaurants outside. Their buffet has international dishes and items. It’s way better than food outside. Please make it an option to serve 3x buffet per day!! Delicious and worth the price! We were 4 in 2 beds app. There was kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and each room had a bathroom.
