Everything about this place is top notch! Check in is smooth. Excellent communication by the host Tom Padilla, Stefanny who accommodated my questions is very friendly, Caroline who checked us in is also very accommodating. As soon as we walked in, the place is well kept, living room has a sofa that converted to a twin bed, linens and pillows provided and was neatly folded placed on top of the master bed. Furnitures & decorative pieces complemented the interior design of the unit. Bathrooms are clean, hot water is available, clean towels and toiletries were also provided. Then location, location, location! Very close to everything BGC area has to offer. You can either walk or use a Grab service (like Uber of Lift in the US) Overall experience is amazing! My family and I will definitely use their services again! A ! 10/10!

I had a minor issue with the room's electricity during my stay, but the host and maintenance team responded extremely quickly and politely. Thanks to their prompt and professional help, the problem was resolved right away, and it didn't cause me any stress at all. The rest of my stay was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Room is in a great location within easy walking distance of restaurants, malls, and convenience stores. Great room decor, cozy family area, private master bathroom. Price was very competitive for the area. Would definitely stay again.
