The property is adequate for short terms stay. Good and safe location and it is near the shopping mall and the international airport. The main issue was checking in, I’ve informed them in advance that I’ll be at the property at 2pm check-in but the cohost did not turn up until 5:40pm. She keeps saying I’ll be there in an hour, in 30 mins etc. I don’t understand why she can’t give me an approximated time as I could have gone somewhere while I waited for her. I’ve stayed in Shore properties before without any issue. Unfortunately, these properties are let by individuals and management companies some are more organised than others. After this experience, I won’t be using Shore2Tower2SimplyHome again or stayed in this type of accommodation.
