The front desk agents are excellent. Room is clean but you need to daily request for it. Housekeeper staffs has to be told what to do on a daily basis that I need to write them a note. Bellboy team are helpful. Hotel location are convenient to a mall.

location by the SM megamall makes this hotel superb. The room is average with very nice staffs especially the housekeeping team! My only complaint is the cockroach infestation. Although they just had intensive pest control, I still see some small roaches mostly in the kitchen and bathroom. Overall, this hotel is still ok for me due to good location and nice staffs

The room is neat but cleaning of room is only after 3 days stay. Kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils. Parking fee has increased. Only bath towel is provided, not sure if towel is replaced on the 3rd day. I did not use the gym and pool. The usual comforts for guest - from cleaning of room, toiletries, coffee supplies downgraded. Hotel staffs service excels.

The room was a cockroach hotel. The bed was very hard. Then another point about the bed that one corner sticks out further than the other. I was walking back from the bathroom and hit the corner of the bed and broke my little toe. The elevators had a mind of their own. I saw the elevators go past me several times.

I really liked the location. There were 2 things that I would give a low rating. First, I booked a room with 2 beds, but when I checked in, they ran out and gave me a room with 1 queen bed, which I had to share with my colleague. This was not acceptable, but I had no choice :( The other thing, there were a few cockroaches that we saw!

Just few steps accross Megamall that provides endless dining and shopping options. Didn't like dark hallways leading to my room. Poor lighting inside. Bathroom sink plugged up. Entire room looked worn out and dated. No face towels and hand towels. Extra charges for extra towels, so I didn't get any extra towels. Baked goods at buffet breakfast were dry and tasted like they were bought from cheap bakeries. Went to top floor lobby overlooking the pool. Pool surroundings were dirty. I canceled my second booking for all these reasons.

Price is right but....

Their policy should be updated. It says voucher is needed and yet there's no instruction where to get it. Voucher was not needed afterall when i checked in. There was a leakage from the ceiling on a stormy night. The room was clean but the little roaches made it in on our last day.
