More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!

Our room had several small roaches and two large roaches, the shower only have cold water, and the bidet in bathroom did not work. We asked for a different room if one was available, and the management was kind enough to accommodate us, which was had a better shower and bidet, but the main room still had several small roaches. There several small convenience stores and restaurants in the complex if you need anything. There is a large and very nice pool, however, be prepared to pay a fee to use it. Overall, it's hard to recommend this place to stay.

Our 3 days stay was good. We extended for a day and the host was very accommodating. It’s a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan. Wi-Fi was weak. Had a hard time connecting. The host told us that their wifi is just a temporary connection and the building owner will install a much better one. All-in-all it was a good stay. It’s near the airport also, so it’s best for travelers who want to avoid the mess of traffic jams in getting to and from the airport.
