The Space:
Welcome to this spacious studio designed with both style and comfort in mind.

You’ll love the natural tones, soft colors and wooden details that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A modern wooden screen elegantly separates the sleeping area, which features a cozy double bed, while letting in natural light. The living area offers a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, opening onto a furnished balcony with open views over the hills and lush greenery.

The fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine…) allows you to cook just like at home. The bathroom is fresh and modern, with a spacious walk-in shower.

You’ll also have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and free private parking.

Best of all? The large outdoor pool (open April to October) and peaceful landscaped gardens of the Cannes Marina residence—a landmark building nestled between the marina, the beach and the city’s vibrant amenities.

Please note: restaurants at the foot of the residence and supermarket 2 minutes walk away.

Guest Access:
Check-in is self-service with a secure key box, giving you complete flexibility. The apartment is in a secured residence with elevator, and includes a private parking space.

The Neighborhood:
The Cannes Marina residence is located right on the seafront, just a short walk from Mandelieu’s sandy beaches, the marina, local restaurants, and shops.

It’s close to the Old Course Golf Club, the Siagne River, the Château de La Napoule, and only a 15-minute drive to Cannes. A perfect base to explore the French Riviera while enjoying peaceful surroundings.

Your stay is customizable through extra services available once your reservation is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided, and high-quality linen is included.

When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.

Pool open from April 16th to October 15th, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons:
-dirty and/or stained laundry
-dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt
-loss of key or broken key
- non-compliance with internal regulations
-smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
