I booked at hotel from aug 4 to 8 And they canceled my reservation Bad accor customer services Until now they never response to resolve my cancellation complaint The services very bad I am gold member as accor loyalty And not getting the decent satisfaction

We came back in full season as Platinum members and it made no difference. The service was much worse, getting a dinner reservation or a beach chair near impossible and 1 out of 5 times they will forget your order. If you have the nerve to try to order it yourself they tell you to go back and that someone will serve you. I tried to get a coffee one morning, to not disturb my husband who was still sleeping and they told me to call room service. Our last time here was not in the height of summer, the location is still fantastic, the hotel needs a few cosmetic fixes, the outdated paint in the hallways is dark and depressing, but overall still a lovely place. Many restaurants and amenites within walking distance of the hotel. Reserve well in advance for any of their special dinners. The fireworks one is quite special and worth doing at 75 euros/person. There were some people wo really stood out and gave great service while others did not seem to care at all. Beautiful location, rooms are very nice and updated, overall a pretty clean hotel but we will not be in hurry to come back here again after this experience, a shame, because we really liked it the last time.

This is our second stay at the Pullman and this one was even better than the first. Great room with perfect view. Excellent staff and good fitness room. Pool, pool deck and beach just what was needed for a few quiet days. Also a nice little town. We were going to go to Nice for a day but all too perfect in hotel

This is my second time to stay at pullman Cannes with my family . And maybe my fifth for me . What can i say , the best hotel for families with kids in Cannes Mandelieu . It was great except some points . 1. Check in supposed to be 3pm , We waited until 4:50 pm without baby cot that i have asked for. 2. Last year , there was a free beach area with sun beds for hotel customers ( no reservation needed). But This year , all beach areas are not free + reservation is needed. Most of the paid areas are occupied from outside customers ! With no place for hotel customers !!! 3. House keeping sometimes forgot to place foe example water , suger, coffee , cups etc but maybe because the hotel was fully booked and crowded. 4. Room service menu needs to be more (4 star hotel menu). But i love this hotel no matter what And my kids love it too Ofcourse i will come back again .

During the Festival all the hotels in the center are useless beacuse the streets are blocked all the time. Therefore the Location (a bit outside of Cannes) is perfect if you need to be part of the festival but want to escape the craziness. Also the prices were ok compared to other hotels during that time. We payed aroung 400 for a seaview superior. The hotel has a casino and a good restaurant. If we come back to the festival we will surely stay here!

The hotel is direct at the ocean and has a nice swimming pool The rooms are big and the bathroom spacious The bed is very good and king size All over you can see that the hotel is already outdated The staff was very friendly and supportive The little beach in the front is nice The cost per beach or pool bed is with 25€ quite high but necessary if you want to enjoy the time

This is our second stay at Pullman Cannes Mandelieu and it certainly did not disappoint The tranquil setting of the hotel overlooking the sea allows you to very quickly unwind and relax . It is difficult to drag yourself away to visit the wonderful attractions nearby .It was great to start each day with a delicious breakfast ,poolside ovelooking the sea . The room was so comfortable spacious and bright. The staff once again were friendly and welcoming and contributed a a very enjoyable holiday. Margaret McGreevy

We stayed for three nights in this hotel after a road trip weekend. Staff was really friendly when we checked in and I was overwhelmed by the room. It was very spacious, modern and clean. The balcony was also very great. My personal highlight was the big and super comfortable bed! Haven't slept that well in a while and the sheets smelled really nice. The bathroom was also very great and I liked that there was enough space around the sink for make up etc. We had ordered roomservice three times and I personally recommend their club sandwich, the pasta however tasted a bit generic. But prices were more than reasonable and portions were big. Service was also very quick. It's also conveniently located and there are lots of harbour restaurants and beach clubs near by. Can definitely recommend this place and would like to stay again.

This is our 8th year staying at the Pullman Cannes Mandelieu. It's a really great place to relax, staff are really friendly. Food is excellent and we really like that they have introduced the blue lemon beach bar and restaurant, much needed. Another great stay and we will be back next year. Definitely worth a visit and good value for money

We flew into Nice airport and got the train/bus to the hotel, it's a bit long winded this way but we knew a taxi would be expensive - hiring a car would probably be your best option as you are a bit out of the centre of Cannes. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived for the 3pm check in but it didn't take too long. We were hugely impressed by our room, they're even better and bigger than the pictures online. We had an amazing view of part of the sea from our generous balcony (even though we had a "golf view" room so no complaints there!), the bed was huge and extremely comfy, and the bathroom had everything we needed and more. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as we thought 25 euro was overpriced and simply bought pastries from the supermarket (15/20 min walk from hotel) each morning. The only meal we had here was room service. The menu for room service has a good selection and is fairly reasonably priced. It came in good time and was beautifully presented. The food was good but nothing amazing. We preferred to dine out at local restaurants instead (Le Robinson was a favourite) The best bit of the hotel by far is the beach area. The beach claims to be private however I'm not sure how private it actually was but we always managed to find space on the beach. The beach is very clean and free from litter and the sea is beautifully clear and perfect for a swim. Beach towels are supplied (just ask by the pool) however sun beds come at a cost - from 20 euro for hotel guests which personally I believe should be included considering the price of the hotel - at least the sand was comfy! The pool also looked great however we didn't use this as we preferred to swim in the sea. We visited the casino on one night which was good fun. It did have a bit of a gala bingo feel to it as there was lots of old people just sat at machines. Less machines would improve the atmosphere. We visited Monte Carlo and Cannes city centre during our stay, both of which a train ride from Mendeleev. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back in the future. I'm happy to say I am glad we did not stay in Cannes itself as the Pullman is situated in a great location with great facilities.
