Very nice hotel. Had a late overseas arrival. Great welcoming staff. Very helpful. Able to coordinate our transportation needs without a hitch, which was greatly appreciated especially late at night.

Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries cold. My fiancés pasta and chicken, chicken cooked fresh and tasty, but the pasta was cold and dry as if it was cooked earlier in the day. That meal was the only disappointment of the stay. The waitstaff was excellent and deserved praise for how it was handled. But the chef that day, is not who you need for that role. The two buffets we enjoyed were excellent! Overall would tell everyone in Cebu to stay here when visiting…great place minus a bad meal…

The service is excellent, the room though small was very nice. The restaurant had a good buffet for breakfast and Saturday night as well. However my fiancé and I went for a late lunch ate food off the menu and were very disappointed, a sandwiche was inedible, the bread so hard it couldn’t be cut and the meat so dry you could not bite off a piece, like it was jerky. Fries cold. My fiancé had past with chicken, the chicken was good and the pasta was cold and hard…it seemed they were serving something thay had been holding and was reheated in a microwave… disappointing. Great Hotel, great service, the kitchen hit and miss…

What I loved most was early check in staffs were so accommodating greetings with a smile excellent food and all services involved from the time we reached Marriott hotel till checked out what I didn’t liked was using old towels

Absolutely superb modern décor throughout. Really first class elegant. Staff are friendly, charming, friendly, helpful. Breakfast superb in every way. Sole complaint is the kitchen during lunch-dinner. Ridiculous enny-pinching failure such as 6 baby shrimp on a not-inexpensive caesar salad with shrimp, I even sent it back so they doubled up on the shrimp. Then the caesar salad with scallops, even worse mini-scallops you can't get smaler in the frozen food section. "Croutons" I taught hey to look it up in Google (literally showwd the maitre d) , not it's not 2 cm cubes of dry bread! Where did this chef fail cooking school? The head chef spoiled an otherise 5-star experience.

The facility is good. The staff and hotel personnel are excellent. My only complaint is when I stayed there. The first night I checked in, I got a full set of 2 large size shower towels, 2 medium size towels and 2 small size towels. The next day, it reduced to 5 towels total, then 4 and eventually 3 towels. It was not affected my staying since I traveled alone but I did reported to the front desk just in case so they don’t charge me for the missing towels. Turning out they didn’t have enough towels to go around. I was the one getting less because I was solo.
