Pool was closed for renovation but nothing noted on there website I live in USA it was my girlfriend’s son b day so I gifted them 2 night stay to have fun at the pool he was very sad they just stayed in the room on there phones. no credit for future stay no help at all very disappointed bad company. Don’t care about people’s feelings. Orbitz contacted them and they said sorry no help at all. This is how they treat customers.
